Elena is an awesome doctor! She is very knowledgeable and straight with her decisions about health issues. She is not going around and doesn't sugar coat things but provides everything necessary to improve the health of individual. Six stars review from my side and I wish we had more doctors like her in this world.

I saw Dr Christofides for about year a few years back and it haunts me. The one and only time I cried after a doctor’s appointment was the last time I saw her. Rude, dismissive, complete lack of curiosity about my health. Just wanted to push a keto diet and Synthroid. I am now seeing an OSU endocrinologist who listens to me and worked with me to dial in my thyroid medication. I feel great and am in my bc better shape-physically and mentally-than were I was with Christofides. Don’t settle because you think she’s intelligent! Find a doctor who works with you, not one who talks down to you.

I had a very good experience meeting with Dr. Christofides. She is very knowledgeable about my many issues and offered avenues to feeling better. I have been a patient for over 12 years with type 2 diabetes. I have an incredible faith thanks to Dr. Christofides and her staff as the best physician to take care of my type 2 diabetes. I have no problems with type 2 diabetes as I have followed the medical instructions from Dr. Christofides. Thank you Dr. Christofides!

Dr Cristofides provided me with consultation over video. She was knowledgeable about hormonal imbalances and was able to consult me as applied to my individual case postpartum. Friendly demeanor and helpful.Provided me with easy ideas to imlement day to day for wellbeing.

I am not overstating to say that Dr. Christofides saved my life. After a lifetime of misdiagnosed issues, surgeries, digestive trouble and weight gain, I was at the end of my rope. I have had only good experiences at Dr. Christofides' office. From staff to the doc herself, everyone has been kind and thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. I read reviews before going and was a little hesitant about aforementioned curtness but I experienced nothing of the sort. If anything, any perceived condescension may come from true depth of knowledge about their specialty as to seem very direct in responses but I have been absolutely amazed at the comprehensive treatment I received by this doctor for the past several months and also, am very grateful to have someone who truly knows what they are talking about. Dr. Christofides has been my husband’s endocrinologist for years and is a brilliant doctor. He has diabetes and Parkinson’s and she keeps his numbers down with a rigorous regime. She definitely cares about her patients and when we lost our twenty one year old son, she was incredibly empathetic.

Dr. Christofides is very intelligent, but should not be a doctor. She is very rude and unprofessional. She was even so bold to tell me that after I turn 30 there would be no chance to become pregnant....this is during a first visit! I did give her one more chance, but at that point was not comfortable with her providing me care. Although she's smart, I'm sure there are less knowledgeable, nicer doctors you can visit.

I am thankful for the dedication and service given by Dr. Christofides. She listens, takes detailed notes, gives recommendations, and is always accessible by email when questions arise. I appreciate her dedicated staff as well.

Unbelievably intelligent... knows her stuff! Straight forward with directions to a better life!...

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!Staff unprofessional. Doctor even more unprofessional, very rude condescending! Office and staff are uninviting, and talk badly about other patients right in front of other patients, as a professional myself, I put high value and emphasis on professionalism and being tactful, when I see people behave like they did in this establishment it makes me feel disgusted! She's contradictory as long as it feeds and support her ego, she get`s defensive and starts to insult you once she discovers your not completely clueless. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!Staff unprofessional. Dr.Christofides saved my life, as well as, my sister and Father. She is an excellent doctor and tells it like it is. I trust her completely! Dr. Christofides, Josie and the other staff makes me feel like family. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much, Dr. Christofies!

My experience with Dr. Christiphedes left me dazed with anger years later. Sh was so disrespectful.

I blindly followed her advice on first visit re: going gluten-free. When I went back three months later and had gained some weight she basically told me that that was unacceptable and I needed to follow a keto diet. After thinking on it for a few days I realized that I had too much faith in someone that I didn't even spend a grand total of 30 minutes with simply because she is a doctor. Plus she was 15-30 min late for both visits.

I tried to pass off her lack of professionalism, rudeness, and arrogance as her having a bad day, but it is more than that. I have never met a doctor who treats people this way. Really, it is hard to imagine until you meet her.

Dr. Christofides continues to help me manage my rare disease. She is amazing. She has saved my life, and given me back my life. She is very knowledgeable and continues to learn everything she can about my rare condition. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with hypoPARAthyroidism. She is a godsend!

If I could rate a zero I would extremely rude doctor. She has no respect for her patients...An example of an email response she sent me...I HAVE been in your shoes, my primary focus is to get my patients the care that they need. Do you know what I can't do? Read your mind when you are absolutely SILENT for MONTHS. Do you know what I won't tolerate? Your attitude. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone...BEWARE

Dr Christofides saved my life- not only did she spend a significant amount of time with me during each of my appointments over the past 2 years, she has opened my mind to the lifestyle changes that must be made when you have a Thyroid disease. From regularly checking medications, making adjustments as necessary, diet, and vitamin levels; Dr Christofides is confident, knowledgeable, candid and extremely honest with you. I appreciate those qualities in a physician.

Dangerous doctor. suggested treatment with very serious side effect and never followed-up or explained the danger. Can't trust this doctor. Would not come back

Dr Christofides is brilliant and amazing. She's insightful and knows her field. She basically saved my sanity when no one else could fix my issues. Having said that her medical assistant, Kisha leaves a lot to be desired in the realm of professionalism.

LOVE this doc, direct and thorough, got me off massive insulin amounts even as non-compliant as I am about diet. Insurance changed and they had to drop me so I'll just see primary doc now- no hard feelings tho that's business and I'd go back in a minute if I could. Don't expect to be placated, if you want her to help your diabetes she absolutely will but you gotta make the effort. It's tough tho..I'm a sugar addict and it's killing me. I have been a patient of Dr. Christophedes since 2011, under her care my quality of life has improved 100%. I encourage anyone with concerns about energy levels, metabolism, or anything she specializes in to make an appointment to see her. She has truly changed my life.

She is the first Dr out of 7 previous Dr's that actually was able to help my situations and get immediate results, She is very knowledgeable and Confident in what she is doing, I trust her whole heatedly
