First time I went to the doctor was 45 minute wait in the lobby before I made my second appointment I called in and made it clear. I'd like an appointment where I don't wait... after an hour of waiting I was informed it could be another 30 to 45 minutes what a waste of my time and talking to other patients in the lobby they seem to experience the same thing with this office... When I spoke to the office manager who is not a happy person in life, her option was, I should reschedule again obviously peoples time mean nothing to these people

You never want to be told by your primary you need to see a hand surgeon, but if you are you must choose this man. Dr. Esmaeili and his team are conscientious, kind, compassionate and extremely thorough. He takes his time with you and explains what is happening and is proactive and isn’t quick to cut you open. His assistants, nurses and administration staff are thoughtful and patient and always have a smile. Like most offices there is a wait but it is certainly not unreasonable and he will spend that same amount of time with you and ensure you are comfortable with his recommendations.

Dr Esmaeili is a fantastic doctor. He is sooo compassionate and caring. I am from Canada with no insurance and paid out of pocket. He did not gouge me and I thought he was very reasonable. I had a lipoma in one of my fingers removed. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to any of my family or friends.

Wonderful surgeon. Went to him three years ago for carpal tunnel and now am back for other hand. He was so very compassionate three years ago. What happened? Felt like name and number.

Dr ordered nurse to ‘fill 2 syringes’ without so much as an explanation to me. Sorry, doc, the patient is right in front of you and you must run the treatment plan by me for me to decide before you fill any syringes. Quite full of himself. If you don’t mind that personality in your doctor, go for it. I left fast.

I was truly impressed with the service and care I received. My experience exceeded all expectations. They have a wonderful doctor and team. I highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Dr Esmaeili was extremely kind, knowledgeable and wonderful in every way. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my hands and discussed all possibilities to help me. He was spectacular and I would recommend him to everyone.

Today I went to see Dr. Esmaeili for hand pain. The staff was very thorough. Very short wait time. Dr. Esmaeili was extremely thorough and kind. I will highly recommend Dr. Esmaeili to my family and friends. He gave me a diagnosis and set my mind at ease.

Office Staff is extremely friendly. Was a bit of a delay in seeing the doctor, but the staff was great at triaging and keeping everyone calm!!! Dr. Esmaeili is terrific! Besides being a terrific doctor, he's really a super nice person. I would recommend him highly.

My finger injury occurred on a Saturday. Dr. Esmaeili returned my call right away and though he was out of town, he communicated with the ER doctor so that I received the correct treatment. Dr. Esmaeili saw me on Monday to evaluate the finger. His staff was wonderful, the wait was not unreasonable and Dr. Esmaeili was warm, attentive, extremely knowledgeable and exhibited the best bedside manner of any surgeon I’ve encountered. I have so much confidence in him and his office and recommend him highly.

A review cannot exspress how satisfied I am with Dr. Esmaeilli and his team. Professional, caring , took the time to explain everything 2x if needed. If you want the best you found him. I would no Would not go anywhere else.

He is great explains everything clearly and leaves surgery as last resort

WOW !!!!! This was my first visit and the staff was excellent. Dr. Esmaeili was so amazing as to how he made me feel so comfortable and took his time explaining everything to me. Thanks to everyone there !

He is only interested in surgery. After a shot to my thumb I developed terrible increased pains. I would not recommend or trust this doctor. He previously suggested another surgery on my finger which I managed to heal without it to his surprise.

Dr. Esmaeili rearranged his entire schedule for emergency surgery on my broken wrist. His team of nurses and occupational therapists gave me outstanding care and attention during and after office hours.

Dr. Esmaeili’s office was very organized and clean. The staff was great right from the check in. Dr. Esmaeili was clear and was able to pin point what was wrong with my hand immediately. After one day I felt better. I have used other hand surgeons before and he was the best by far!

I've been a massage therapist for over 20 years, Dr. Esmaeili did carpel tunnel and trigger finger surgery on both of my hands, one in 2016 and the other in 2017. Both surgeries went prefect. I was back to work in no time. I recently fell and broke my right wrist. I am happy to say Dr. Esmaeili made my wrist whole again. It been less than a month and I am easing myself back into work again. He is a kind man and an amazing surgeon. He is the only surgeon that I would let work on my tools. I'm very grateful for him. Dr. Esmaeili came highly recommended by my daughter who’s a nurse at Boca Regional. Dr. Esmaeili is the best in South Florida and maybe all of Florida. I had severe carpel tunnel in both wrists and he fixed them perfectly. He’s humble, kind and a true gifted surgeon.

The office is well run with pleasant staff. Had carpal tunnel surgery. Dr. Esmaeili is a skillful surgeon, concerned about his patients. He's also funny and personable, rather unusual for a surgeon.

Recently had hand surgery by Dr. Esmaeili. He was great throughout the procedure keeping informed step by step what was happening. He called me that same night and asked me how I was doing, that is special.

An industrial fan that was missing the front grill (therefore having the blades completely exposed) nearly severed my index finger off as well as slicing up the finger next to it pretty bad as well. After 18 stitches in the ER this past Saturday night I knew I had to see a hand specialist. The one I was originally going to see wasn’t available & Dr. Esmaeili was recommended to me that same morning by a good friend. I cannot tell you how happy I was after seeing this doctor! His bedside manner was great along with his expertise and diagnosis. I have a long road ahead of me with stitches being removed and then therapy but I feel confident I am in good hands. I am grateful to have found this doctor!

Dr. Esmaeili takes the time with his patients and you can tell he truly cares and loves what he does. My daughter is 6 and is currently his patient. I know she is getting the absolute best treatment. His office staff is kind, helpful and compassionate. Dr. Esmaeili is a fantastic doctor and I feel blessed he is taking care of my daughter.

Went to Dr. Esmaeli's office a few months ago for problems with my thumbs. Very painful and limited range of motion. Dr. Esmaeli evaluated both thumbs and explained to me I had Trigger finger/thumb and they could correct the problem with surgery or injections. After carefully deciding on what to do ( with Dr. Esmaeli's help) I decided to have surgery on my right thumb and injection (cortosone) in the other. Everything went super smoothly and Dr. Esmaeli is a diamond in the rough. Amazing doctor.,extremely down to earth and caring and the utmost professional.. Would absolutely recommend him. The surgery and injection was done with perfection and I couldn't be more happier.

Great doctor , He operated on my right hand a year ago and did an amazing job. He even called me the same night to makesure i was ok and to see how i was feeling. His staff is super friendly and nice as well as helpful.

Dr Esmaeili is a brilliant professional who has an amazing personality. My wrist was completely shattered & the ER doctor recommended Dr Esmaeili. He saw me immediately & explained the two surgeries that would be needed to repair my wrist. He is definitely the kindest, most compassionate dr that I have ever seen. A few months ago, I was looking for a hand surgeon for these hemangiomas that I had on my hand and wrist. Dr. Esmaeili was recommended to me. I was given an appointment the next day and had a consultation with Dr. Esmaeili. He walked into the observation room, introduced himself with a warm handshake, and asked me a few questions. He performed an ultrasound on my hand and recommend an MRI and a specialist for this sort of syndrome and surgical extraction of these lesions. When I look for a good doctor, I look for a few qualities, which one is bedside manners, knowledge of the condition and how to treat it. What I liked about Dr. Esmaeili was that he took the time and showed concern about the condition, gave me specific directions in what to do next and to call him if I had any other questions. His office staff and ladies were very helpful in helping me get the records to the next specialist and yes, when I called with a question Dr. Esmaeili returned my call. That is a great doctor!

I'd absolutely recommend Dr. Esmaeili for hand surgery. He did my first trigger finger in 2016, double surgeries (trigger finger & carpal tunnel on my left hand) 2 weeks ago & am scheduled for my 2nd carpal tunnel surgery in July. Dr. Esmaeili & his assistant, Taylor, explained everything about the procedure from beginning to end & provided written material to take home. I was not rushed through my appointments & had ample opportunity to ask all my questions. The recent surgeries were done at the Delray Beach Surgical Suites, THE best experience I've ever had in an outpatient surgical facility, bar none. Dr. Esmaeili called me that night to check on how I was feeling as he does w/ all his patients; the nurse at the facility called me the morning after. Loved the concern. I DID have some questions during the recovery period & was able to call & get them answered. The healing went well, the stitches are out & I'm fully functional. Getting ready for the next go-round & the finish line!

Best Hand Specialist EVER!

I was recommended by a friend to visit Dr. Esmaeili after my injury and I have to say he is an amazing doctor. He talks to you like a friend and not just a patient. I would recommend anyone to use him if they are ever in need of a hand specialist.

What can one say about perfection. Simply put in my opinion you will not find a better orthopedic hand surgeon in Florida. The moment you meet him he will put you at ease. A very bright and a true professional. Ten stars in my opinion.

My problem with doctors usually is that they don't have the time or patience to listen to questions and explain. This doctor is as patient and receptive as any doctor you'll ever find. Such a pleasure. I highly recommend him.

Trying to reach office to make an appointment appears they are having phone issues. I have tried for two days. Phone rings then goes dead. Hope this gets read and issue is resolved because I really want to see the doctor.

Dr. Esmaelli is a great doctor. Not only is he personable and puts you at ease, he genuinely cares about his patients treatment. After he determined the underlying issue of the pain in my hand, he asked me about my insurance coverage. I have a high deductible health plan, so he recommended I get an ultrasound in lieu of an expensive MRI. He is also conservative in his treatment plans which I apprecite. He is not a surgeon who pushes surgery. An added bonus: his staff is polite, kind and happy!

Dr Esmaeilli preformed reconstructive surgery on my wrist and a nerve release on my elbow on Sept 20, 2018. He was the 3rd surgeon I saw to fix my wrist and stop the pain that began on SEPT 7, 2017. He removed part of the ulna bone that was left hanging unattached by the first doctor. He spliced a ligament into a hole he drilled in my bone, He released the nerve in my elbow. The first time I saw him, he promised to help me. He is a wonderful doctor. I am very grateful.

Excellent. He took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly. Two other surgeons wanted to do an invasive surgery. Dr. Esmaeili does this laparoscopically with little downtime The relief I felt to hear that made me happy. The staff is also very kind and helpful. He cares and is very informative.
