Dr. Edward John Meyer

They don't answer the phone, they don't call you back for a week. They double book patients and tell the second patient first come, first serve. You cannot communicate via email, even though they say you can. I pay for my insurance, I should get the care I need, but I am ignored and have to beg for appointments (if they even answer the phone). The list could go on...

Dr Meyer is a great endocrinologist. He got my diabetes under control for the first time 30 years. Many of his staff members are quite incompetent. They often don't log in appointments, cancel patient appointments without knowledge or consent, loose paperwork... If I wasn't so pleased with Dr Meyer I would go elsewhere. Dr. Edward Meyer is an awesome, caring and extremely knowledgeable Endocronologist. He cares about me as a patient and takes time to listen and understand my situation. He led me through my severe hyperthyroidism and made recommendations that saved my life. I appreciate how well he took care of me.

I would not recommend this doctor.. Today is my 3rd visit and again hes running way behind.. i made a point to make my appt.. right after lunch, he walked by right at my appt time with his lunch in hand and im still waiting 30 minutes later.. unorganized, doesnt look at your chart, and is completely unaware of test results,when i asked he then looked.. now im in the room, and they have no record of previous blood work, which he gave me the results for last time. Fearful of misdiagnosis

Today was my first visit. Dr. Meyer was thorough, kind, and I knew I was in good hands. He explained everything, and even knew about symptoms I had thought irrelevant. After almost 20 years of slowly feeling worse, I trust that he is the one to get to the root of my problem.

Prompt. Thorough. Caring. One of the best doctors I have seen.
