Dr Kelly is compassionate and skilled. My knee replacement went smoothly and I was given excellent care.

Saw Dr. Kelly regarding my rotator cuff problem. He explained my problem in an easy to understand description and gave me all the time the world. Answered all my questions to the best of my satisfaction. I am scared of needles, however he injected my shoulder in a way that I hardly felt anything. He also has an excellent sense of humor. Dr Kelly has performed not one, but 2 ACL procedure’s on one of my knees. I am a lifelong endurance athlete - marathon running, long distance road and mountain biking, alpine and cross-country skiing. I put that knee to the test in so many ways. I had exceptional outcomes. Both of my knee are bad very hard to walk. That in turn puts my back out. Dr Kelly gives me a shot in both knees and I am able to walk again. Thank You

Dr. Kelly is an excellent Surgeon. Had a knee replacement and a total shoulder replacement. I am totally satisfied with the outcome of both.

I have been a RN for 25 years and have been around a hundred better doctors than Dr. Kelly. As someone seeking a caring and knowledgeable physician I was terribly disappointed. I would absolutely NOT recommend Dr. Kelly. In my opinion, he is an arrogant doctor who made a lot of assumptions and personal judgements. He had a TERRIBLE bedside manner. His knowledge of rarer conditions seems to be quite limited. I quite honestly have never had a worse experience with a doctor than I had with Dr. Kelly.

Dr. Kelly and his staff were very kind and professional, and Dr. Kelly patiently took the time to thoroughly educate me on my injury diagnosis and the treatment he was recommending, and answered all of my questions in terms that made sense to me. I felt like I was heard, and was invited to be an active participant in my care plan.

I saw Dr Kelly due to recent knee pain. I had previously seen him back in 2017. Dr Kelly is top notch - professional, personable, patient, and thorough. Dr. Kelly was very rushed. I asked some questions and as he was talking, he literally got up and walked out of the room and turned the corner as he was still talking to me. Very rude and abrupt end to the appt. I had to google for answers to my questions after I got home. TCO has provided very good experiences to my family until this appt with Dr. Kelly. Very good

Dr Kelly is great, but twin city orthopedic , i had to wait for 1week for a mri then another 11 days for follow up with dr Kelly, so i had to live with my injury for over 3 weeks. I hope mri says i dont need surgery. But if it does and i could of shorten this buy 2 weeks would of been great.

I can’t describe how happy I am to have had Dr. Kelly and his staff do my two knee surgeries last June and August. The surgeries were done so well that my recuperating time went better than I expected. If I had a question they had an answer. I’d recommend Dr. Kelly to anyone who was considering knee surgery.

I had heard horror stories about shoulder replacement. Well that was not the case for me. I am pain free and my only regret? I wish I had done it sooner! Dr Kelly was wonderful!

Dr Kelly and his PA-C Lindsey Anderson are a excellent orthopedic team. Very upfront and honest with all the steps involved in a total knee replacement. Have been seeing them for over 8 years, and they have answered all my questions, no matter how long it takes. Would highly recommend this team to anyone in need of orthopedic care.

I have had a very positive experience with Dr. Kelly and his Nurse Practitioner, Lindsay Anderson. I had total shoulder replacement and Dr. Kelly was recommended to me by another TCO doctor. My shoulder is feeling so much better, and the care that I have received from this team has been excellent!
