Dr. Cohn is an amazing surgeon!!!He has save my husbands leg 2 times now!!He is a blessed doctor!!!He is so straight forward about things…He is just the best there is in South Georgia….

Dr.Cohn has great bedside manner, explains procedure well, answers all questions, and is very optimistic, which is so encouraging when facing any surgical procedure. I would highly recommend.

He blew me off by sending a new PA in to tell me my new scan showed "nothing he needed to address." She also informed me my feet and legs are swelling because "well, they just sometimes do" and that perhaps "it's the weight (I'm 10 pounds overweight, at the most. What the hell does she tell people who actually are obese?), the salt intake, and your inactivity." I went back to Dr. Cohn because my legs are so painful I cannot exercise by walking. And, about my "bleeder" vein which bursts and spews blood frequently, she said, "Maybe it is one that just can't be fixed!" Oh, yes, Dr. Cohn should know about that as he and/or his former PA did try to fix that bleeder in 2016. Perhaps my insurance would cover a retry?? In any event, I will most assuredly not be returning "prn." My insurance covered the very expensive procedures Dr. Cohn performed on both my legs (severe varicosities) in 2014 and 2015. The least he could have done would have been for he himself to address my symptoms.

Doctor Cohn treated me for cosmetic spider venison this July. on the first visit he told us that it would not be covered by insurance and we were not charged for an office visit. We were told that the total cost would be $590.. He told me that I see significant improvement especially in several areas. The results were very disappointing and when challenged he told me he could do it again if we paid. I was billed $76.66 in Oct for patient responsibility on a submitted insurance claim. Shame!
