These rude people don't even deserve a 1 !!!! His office staff is the worse I have ever dealt with. I went in on Wed morning at 8 she told me to come in the next morning between 8 & 8:30 with a referral from my primary Doc to be treated for pain management she even gave me the paper work to have filled out and bring back. Thursday morning I'm there @ 8am no one else in the office to see him but me. After the office staff got done flirting with the guy who cuts the grass (she let him in the side door & in the office staff area), once he left & went out to cut the grass she finally decided to ask what I wanted. I told her to see the doc for pain in my shoulder. Well she told me he had no time to look at my referral paper work and would not be able to see me until Aug (today is July 2nd) I ask why did you tell me to come back this morning, she said what do you mean and who gave you the paper work to fill out? I told her "YOU DID". She then told me I need to be an established patient to see him and I said OK how can I get established if you are telling me I can not see him, this is a walk in clinic I walked in and I need to see the doc. She then tells me well he is not going to give you any pain pills I said what I'm not asking for pain pills I just want to see if he will treat me with the pain management like the trigger point, she then tells me she never told me he would see me but then she said yesterday you ask for a trigger point injection. I said well you just told me you don't remember me or didn't give me the paper work but now you tell me what I said the day before????? I said I will just wait since I'm the 1st on the list can I at least see him tell him what is wrong and we can go from there and then so I will then be ESTABLISHED???? She said NO he is not going to see you, he doesn't have time to look at the referral paper work for at least 2 to 3 weeks from now so there is no reason for you to be here. I told them I was also referred to them by 3 of their other patients one being my boyfriend she then tells me well don't tell the doctor that because he doesn't like treating couples in case they are just wanting pain pills. I just could not believe what she said I again told her I'm waiting to see the doc and he can decide if I can become an established patient and again she said no you need to leave and we will call you next month... This was the biggest joke of a place. I wish I would have read the reviews 1st then I would have known better. The other reviews are on point of what a awful and rude office staff this place has. Never will I ever step foot in that place again, how they are still in business one will never know!!!!!!!

Dr Aldridge was kind,sympathetic, patient and addressed my medical problem in a professional manner. He took the time to listen to me and treated me and my problem with respect. His offered treatment has already given me some relief.
