Dr. LaCour was very through. I liked him he was very concerned and willing to help me..

Dr. LaCour is a wonderful, kind and compassionate doctor. I know when I go to see him to get knee injections it will be as painless as possible. Believe me, it has always been just that, painless. He has so much concern and compassion for his patients because he truly understands!

I highly recommend Dr. Lacour! He listens to what you are saying and he has great bedside manner!

I very thankful he listened to me and the staff was very friendly. Just 1 rude person when doing my ultrasound on my legs and hands. She has no patience

I completely expected this doctor to be like so many others and not really listen BUT he was very thorough and asked me alot of questions. I was extremely happy with him, as well as the other staff!

Dr LaCour was very through, easy to talk to and helpful for my problem! I feel that he will use his knowledge to help me. The staff was excellent and friendly. Thanks to everyone at this health venue! I rate a perfect 10 on my first visit!

Dr Lacour is passionate and highly professional my RA symptoms are mild to none I receive infusions monthly it has given me a better quality of life I would highly recommend him

I am a veteran who was recently diagnosed with MOG antibody disease. I was referred to Dr. LaCour for treatment. However Dr. LaCour does not take VA insurance. I admit, this is his right to take what he wants to accept. It just seems a shame that he refuses to take the insurance of the one's who were willing to give their very lives for his freedom to choose. It was very prompt and excellent

Office staff was very kind. After getting there all staff was very kind and helpful. I truly like dr Lacour was truly kind and helpful. Truly knows what to do for you.

Dr. Lacour as well as his intern were both very attentive and professional. Both took up lots of time listening and asking lots of questions as to why I was there. So often you feel rushed and feel as though you need to spit it out in a minute or less. This was not the case with either of them. I have had only one other doctor in my life who even came close to Dr. LaCour as far as understanding, compassion, intelligence and experience. With Dr. LaCour you are not only in good hands, but also a good heart.

A lovely experience as a new patient. Dr LaCour was thorough, knowledgeable, clear in explanations, and empathetic to my concerns as an aging professional pianist.

Staff great. Always on time. Receptionist are friendly. Phone nurses are great and timely Dr lacour is awesome!!

My experience with Dr. LaCour was great. He treated me with respect and actively listened to my symptoms and history. I felt that he took me seriously and answered my questions sincerely. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.

The wait time was very minimal in the waiting room and the evaluation room. The Dr. was knowledgeable and helpful. The receptionist that checked me in was rude and dismissive when I asked a question about a paper she wanted me to sign.

The Tec that did my bone density test was amazing!!!

Dr. Lacour and his Nurse practioners have always been attentive to my concerns and active in finding solutions to the problems. I’ve been a patient for 22 years.

Dr Lacore really listened to my situation and asked a lot of questions. He did not hurry and explained clearly and carefully all the steps we would take for a diagnosis.

I used to really like Dr. LaCour, he is very smart and knowledgeable, but I can not recommend him any more. I called during the peak of Covid in bad shape but not wanting to go to the er because of the risk, and after talking to the nurse line I was assured the would call me back that day, they lied, they did not till the next morning. Hope it wasn't serious and they did not call to help, they called to play pass the buck and told me to call my GP for help with my Lupus and EDS (you know the very reason I was seeing him). Why in the fuzzy heck am I paying DR LaCour's rate if my GP can handle it, seriously I was referred to him by my GP for this very thing. This was the second time I had tried to get help when something was actully wrong and both times Dr. LaCour was nowhere to be found. The first time I called the emergency line twice in a weekend, I wound up having to go to the ER, they never called, even the following Monday. This last time the sad part is I was really sick and the negligence shown may have left me with permanent problems, when all they had to do was call me back, it was even during nakamal business hours. Such a shame I really can't say it was doctor LaCour it may have been his staff but ultimately if you cannot get up with your doctor when you need him and he just passes you back to your Gp why go see him, and waist money! If my Gp can not handle it why send me to him when I need you the most? Bad all the way round. Every aspect of my visit was excellent.

As a new patient : It’s Located inside one of Alabama’s major hospitals. The staff and ambience are very nice and clean. They will give you the best care for your diagnosis.

Whenever I've had problems in-between visits, they've always worked me in. The staff is very courteous and efficient. Dr. LaCour spends time to answer my concerns. I would definitely recommend him and his staff.

I've been seeing Dr. LaCour for 22 years now and if it were not for him and my other physicians working so well together I may not be alive today. I don't trust another rheumatologist in a 200 miles radius the way I trust him. My family and I owe him a debt of gratitude that I can truly never repay. I quite literally have trusted him with my life for over 2 decades and to do so has been one of the top 10 best decisions I've ever made. The nurses were pleasant and quick. Dr. LaCour was thorough and gave me his attention. He listened and helped me understand the problem.

The medical staff were professional and courteous. Dr. LaCour took time to answer questions and was knowledgeable on the most recent treatment regimens. Highly recommend this physician if you are looking for a Rheumatologist!

Never even saw him. Not for one second, though I paid specialist's rates. I will be pressing fraud charges.

Doctor is awesome but his check in staff is the rudest people I have ever met at a doctors office. They did not send a new patient packet to my address and tried to blame me . I called the morning of my appointment to ask for directions and ask about the packet they said just to arrive early and tell them I need to fill out my paperwork. When I go to sign in the lady rudly tells me that none of them would have told me that and I may have to reschedule my appointment because I didn't come in an hour earlier to fill out the packet. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment. Then she tried to argue with me that they tried calling me even when I pulled out my phone to prove no one has called.
