Dr. Edivina B. Gonzales

I'm very disappointed that the staff and the doctor was well aware that the Doctor will not provide me a medical clearance for my cosmetic surgery, but they chose not to advise me of that until I was at the doctor appointment. They had me do all the paperwork and had me request my medical records to waste a span of 3 weeks of phone calls etc. for them to tell me at the appointment that she was not going to provide me a medical clearance anyhow. If the doctor and the staff knew this why did they choose not to tell me? It appeared to me that the doctor just wanted to bill my insurance for a new patient visit as that's what she implied at the visit. They knew the purpose of my visit as I mentioned this on every phone call I had with them. It was a complete waste of my time and they should of just told me they won't provide the medical clearance for a cosmetic surgery due to liability over the phone. Dr. Gonzales was very attentive to my needs as a patient She’s very efficient and caring. I’ve been a patient but I had to switch to another medical group because the hospital where the surgeon wants to perform my surgery is not where I want . Otherwise I would keep Dr. Gonzales as my primary physician and the surgeon . I have nothing to say but all praises for Dr. Eduvina Ginzales and her staff who woukd always call to remind me of my incoming visit . Salute to her and her staff.

My experience was very positive. I have been a patient for over 3 years and while i may have had to wait occasionally, my service and treatment for a variety of issues has been very caring and considerate. I appreciate Dr. Edevina and her staff.
