I have suffered from incontinence for quite a few years. The condition worsened as I got older. I finally asked for a referral from my primary. I had lived with this for so long that I wasn’t sure it could be fixed. Dr. LeClaire worked with me until he found a solution. I had surgery two weeks ago and am now completely dry. Had surgery 2 weeks ago and I have had wonderful results. I would HIGHLY recommend this for any one having leakage issues. I had truly severe leakage prior to seeing Dr. LeClaire and I didn't know anything about this procedure prior to my visit. If I wasn't informed I know there are other women that have no clue as or knowledge as me. I would refer any of my friends to Dr LeClaire and I love his staff and the surgery staff. Dr LeClaire Did injections in my bladder and two weeks after the procedure I am no longer taking incontinence medication. I feel like I’m getting freedom from watching where every bathroom is and sleeping better

He took care of my prolapse and added a bladder sling!!! I had no idea how great I would feel afterwards. Immediate relief, Its been many years since I have felt this good. Would recommend him to everyone. Explained procedure very well, happy with the outcome.

I had stage 3 bladder prolapse, and was having physical issues. A friend told me about Dr. LeClaire. I got an appointment, and found a very compassionate Dr.! Dr. LeClaire gave me options for help with robotic surgery! I felt I had nothing to lose, as he offered me HOPE! I had the surgery in September 21', and three months later I feel like a new person! I would highly recommend Dr. LeClaire! He listens, presents a plan, and the plan was highly successful! I feel like I have a new life! Thank you, Dr. LeClaire! Dr. LeClaire is compassionate, he listens to what you have to say about your pelvic health and he strives to fix your issues as quickly as possible. I just had my post op follow up and he was as pleased with my repair as I have been, he does excellent surgical work. If you have issues with your bladder, vaginal wall or rectal herniation I to your vaginal cavity I would recommend Dr. LeClaire as the man to go see to resolve your issues and start feeling like a healthy woman again.

Dr. LeClaire treated me for pelvic prolapse. On May 26, 2021, I underwent a procedure to alleviate the problems I had suffered with for quite some time. I thought because I was 74 yrs. old, all of my problems were age related. That was incorrect. It has been almost 3 mos., and my body is getting back to normal. I have had no complications. Dr. LeClaire was amazing. He was very thorough in his exams and in his explanation of my problems and what could be done. I believe my suffering has been remedied and I would suggest anyone with similar problems to contact Dr. LeClaire.

Dr. LeClaire is a very kind, supportive , and informed Dr/Surgeon. He recently did a hysterectomy and put my bladder back in place along with other repairs. My symptoms are gone and my quality of life has increased tremendously. I highly recommend Dr. LeCaire for any type gynecological or urology issues. If you are having issues, he will explain what is happening in a language you can understand and he knows how to fix them. Don't suffer in silence, call him!

This was a second-opinion consult, and I am SO glad I was able to schedule it with Dr. LeClaire! Everyone was masked, which I greatly appreciated, especially as someone facing major surgery. Social distancing and other measures are in place to help protect both patients and staff. The person who first discussed my situation with me was not a mere nurse; she was another doctor working with him. She was very thorough and thoughtful about considering a variety of potential pain medications (I'm allergic to/don't react well to several). When Dr. LeClaire came into the room, he bumped elbows with me and introduced himself as "Ed LeClaire" rather than emphasizing his title. He answered my questions about my situation in more detail and depth than the previous surgeon I saw had done in two interviews. We confirmed that surgery is the best solution for me and what type of surgery would be best. I was really impressed by the warm and friendly culture in the clinic. I highly recommend him! I had been suffering for about five years but was worried about who was the best doctor to take care of my bladder issues. I was recommended to Dr. Leclaire and from the start I was confident that he was the right person. He explained things thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable. This morning I had my 3-month follow-up after having surgery 8 Dec 2020. Dr. LeClaire is an EXCELLENT surgeon: overall, I am doing VERY well--the problems I was having pre-surgery are GONE, and my abdomen is not hurting. I do have one lingering aftereffect (digestive issues) from the surgery and opioids; Dr. LeClaire recommended some probiotics in addition to the psyllium fiber I'm taking, and he encouraged me to increase the amount of psyllium over a two-week period to resolve the issues. Dr. LeClaire is a very warm and positive HCP--one of the best surgeons, both in technique and in manner--that I've ever had! I highly recommend him for resolving pelvic issues!

I interviewed two surgeons for pelvic floor collapse. Dr. LeClaire was patient, comforting, practical, and encouraging; the other doctor was practical but also impatient and terse. Dr. LeClaire explained my situation completely and answered all my questions, while the other surgeon failed to answer some of my questions. I chose Dr. LeClaire to perform my surgery. I am completely satisfied with his "bedside manner" and people skills and his surgical skills--the outcome of my surgery was better than I dared hope! I haven't felt this well in several years. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Edgar Leclaire!

Dr. LeClaire was very kind and reassuring that he could help me. I had mesh for my bladder that had deteriorated and he was able to take care of that for me. It was a difficult procedure but the doctor was confident and successful!

Such an amazing experience! Addressed all my concerns, easy to communicate with. And best of all..FIXED MY PROBLEM I'd been having FOR YEARS! Alot of times women feel incontinence (bladder leakage) is just part of the aging process and you have to live with it.. No you don't! Dr Le Claire has made me feel like I have my life back!!

From the referral to the final post-op appointment Dr LeClaire and staff were excellent. Dr LeClaire explained everything in an easily understood manner including options, surgery, and recovery. Incredibly professional yet very comforting bedside manner. I highly recommend and deeply appreciate my family physician sending me to them.

I was monitored very closely before, during, and after my surgery by Dr. LeClaire and his team. They are very professional and compassionate. I had to be admitted into the hospital after my surgery and his team was there within minutes to assist me. Dr. LeClaire kept me updated throughout the hospital stay as well as after I was discharged to monitor my progress. I am very thankful for them.

I had a rectocele, my bladder was falling and my pelvic muscles were loose. During the same surgery that my gynecologist performed my hysterectomy, Dr LeClaire corrected all of these problems. 3 months out, I have made a full recovery and my bladder and bowel habits no longer control my days. I feel Dr. LeClaire genuinely wants women to know they don’t have to live with these problems.

Dr LeClaire did a fabulous job! My bladder and rectum and vagina were all falling down and out after a hysterectomy 5 years ago. He surgically put everything back to normal anatomical position! I recommend him highly!

Dr. LeClaire is an excellent surgeon. You will not find a doctor that respects, is kind, and truly cares more than him. He will sit and listen to every thing that concerns you and explains everything where you can understand it. I always felt comfortable with him and the staff. I had surgery to correct prolapse and ladies let me tell you he can help you too!! I had surgery 12 weeks ago and I don’t have the problems I had before because of him. I feel great!! The surgery can be done laparoscopically most of the time so you have a faster recovery time. If you are having problems I recommend you give him a call because you don’t have to put up with the pain, pressure, urine leakage, etc.

Dr. LeClaire is such a wonderful doctor. He is very caring, he is happy to explain things to you, he even drew a picture to explain my issue. I know it can seem intimidating as a female to see a male provider for gynecological issues but he really puts you at ease. Dr. LeClaire did my surgical repair and I have had no issues, and have healed perfectly. Please do yourself a favor and go see him and his team. They are all great! And if you're wondering...he really is as handsome as his picture!

Dr. LeClaire is wonderful. His bedside manner is outstanding. He made me feel that he was concerned and interested in helping me with my prolapse issue. I would highly recommend this doctor. His staff is wonderful as well.

Dr. LeClaire explained options in an easy to understand manner. I felt like i had all of the time I needed to make a decision, yet he was on time for all of my appointments, so schedules adequate time for working with patients. My results were beyond my expectations. I recommend Dr. LeClaire to any woman who has issues that these think she has to “live with”. I would suggest that Dr. LeClaire probably would have a solution.

This man saved my life! I came to him after years of ongoing recovery due to a different OBGYN butchering me, most doctors would not even touch me, this man gave me hope in the first visit. Guess what? it gets better, he followed through! He has given me less pain, several options for pain (which no other doctor had), and I know I can and will come to him with anything in the future. No matter where I am in this world I will find him and I am actually glad when I get to see him, have you ever been excited to see a doctor? I haven't until now!

Dr. LeClaire and his staff are phenomenal! I had to have surgery and I felt so at ease the entire time and the surgery scheduler Alli helped me in every way possible. I had retrocele surgery in 2014. It was not successful. I was in constant pain. I decided in 2018 I had to find another doctor. I went on Google and I saw Dr. Edgar LeClaire and I read all the reviews about him and I knew he was the Dr. I needed to get an appt. with. I called in Nov. and my appt was Dec. 2019. He came in the room and introduced himself and I knew right away I had chosen the right Doctor. He was very pleasant yet very professional. One of his nurses Kari, makes you feel welcome. I felt like I had found a new friend. All of the employees that I met were very friendly and willing to help you. I went back for surgery on Feb. 20th 2019. The surgeries he was going to do was Posterior Colporrhaphy and vaginal colpopexy. When I woke up I had little pain. He gave me 8 pain pills and I think I took 3. I did so good after the surgery. God is so good. No matter where I lived If I had issues in Dr. LeClaire's line of work he is the only Doctor I would go to. HE IS THE BEST!

My first visit with Dr. LeCaire put me at ease. He gave great detail what could be done for my prolapse bladder. Surgery was my choice. I was in the hospital over night. And from the first day I was reminded how I use to feel. Back aches and discomfort from the fallen bladder were gone. I did not know there was help and lived with it for years. But that is gone. Wish I had not waited so long. But I am happy now!

Dr. LeClaire is a Great Doctor and Surgeon. I had to have my bladder put in sling and fix my insides because they were caving in. Had my surgery 1 year ago . I am a new woman since my surgery. He tells you exactly what you need and explains so you can understand. He listened to me and he cares about all his patients.

Many years (over 20 Yrs) I had repeated UTI's. I had seen 3 different Urologist, and had surgery to repair my cystocele (sling)and Rectocele (mesh). Which didn't work. My last urologist referred me to Dr. E. LeClair. He listened to my concerns, did testing and exam, then scheduled me for reconstructive surgery. Dr. LeClaire and his staff were wonderful. I had suffered through 3 years of pelvic pain post hysterectomy and thought there was nothing that could be done to help! With a visit, and some tests we decided it would need to be surgically repaired. I had immediate relief. I wished I had met him sooner!

I had 2 previous surgeries in two other States over the same issues, and the problems still remained. I "Finally" found a Doctor that could get to the bottom of my problems and "Fix" them! My blood pressure is even lower now. Plus he found a problem that could have turned into cancer had he Not repaired it. He was very good at explaining everything and very thorough. Dr. LeClaire is absolutely the most caring understanding professional Doctor I have been to. He is genuinely concerned about his patients - he takes time to listen and then explain procedures that are needed. At age 69 I had a stage 4 cystocele and other pelvic floor issues. Dr. LeClaire performed a hysterectomy and made all needed repairs. I returned home with absolutely no pain and no complications. Three months later I am completely free of any problems I had before surgery.

I was nervous about discussing my issues but Dr. LeClaire and the staff made me feel completely comfortable. Highly recommend him to other women experiencing problems of this nature.

I was told a year before I had surgery from my gynecologist that I had uterine prolapse and my bladder was also sitting very low causing me to have problems with incontinence. I had trouble with cramping if I stood to long or walked on the treadmill. Dr. LeClaire did a complete hysterectomy with a vaginal ligament suspension in August. I had no pain after surgery, just some mild bladder spasm. Three months later I am back to doing whatever I want without any cramping and no incontinence.

Dr. LeClaire gave me my life back. For years I had suffered from total prolapse of pelvic organs. He skillfully repaired these problems, as well as showing great care and concern for me as his patient. A kind and gentle man. All of this at my advanced age of 72. What an outstanding experience mine has been with Dr. LeClaire and OU staff. After having two previous surgeries within 10 years for prolapse and associated complications, I was fortunately referred to this urogynocology specialist, a doctor with the expertise to address the unique needs and care of a woman's pelvic floor. I highly recommend Dr. LeClaire. He inspires confidence. I already convinced my sister to drive here from Arkansas; she's as pleased with Dr. LeClaire and OU staff as I am.

After having bladder surgery by DrStearman and suffering a lot of pain, I was referred to Dr. LeClaire and very worried about the removal surgery. He was so easy to talk to and explained everything to my understanding. He removed the mesh and had a different way to correct my bladder problem without mesh. Hello. I am a 65 year old woman who has not felt like a woman in years. Dr LeClaire and his team are my life savers. I totally urge and recomend any woman with bowel, bladder or any other condition please let this TEAM get you back on track .I was reluctant to go but the staff is over and above at making you feel that your issues are important and they want to help resolve them!! After years of urgent bladder, I was convinced my only cure would involve a surgical procedure. However, Dr. LeClaire knew otherwise! He prescribed oral medication and a series of physical therapy visits. This combination gave me control of my pelvic floor muscles and eliminated the urgent bladder issues. Good bye Poise Pads!! I highly recommend Dr. LeClaire and the physical therapy team that works with him.
