Dr. Earl Stephenson is a God send. I found out about him in a surgery group on Facebook. Two young women went to him, and they look Good..... I asked them several questions about Dr. Stephenson, and then he did a webinar in the Facebook group. He answered every question with integrity. I was very impressed. I made my appointment to see him. When I met him, he was so polite, and gave me real expectations about my body and what surgery was needed. He explained in great detail about the procedure, and recovery times. Fast forward SURGERY DAY........ I was marked up and explained everything about the procedure in detail again. He reassured me that I would be safe during the procedure. I had a breast lift, and tummy tuck with lipo to the flanks, and abdomen. I am so satisfied with my results. I am healing well. I’m a regular dude in my 40’s. My friend recommended Dr. Stephenson to me for a little Botox for my crow’s feet and forehead lines. I was initially very reluctant because I didn’t want to look unnatural or feminine. I was so pleasantly surprised by my results after I finally did it. I look well rested and happy!

I am a nurse practitioner and I researched for awhile before choosing Dr. Stephenson. Do not go to Miami, do not go to the Dominican Republic.Just see Dr. Stephenson! He is a wonderful provider with great bedside manner. I was worried before undergoing my procedure because my BMI is high and I have a blood disorder that puts me at risk for bleeding, but he answered all of my questions and made sure my concerns were addressed. I never had to worry about infection or my pain not being controlled. I do wish that the lipo suction garments were not extra money, but that has more to do with the Prima care practice. In 1986 while living in California, I decided to have silicone breast augmentation. In 2008, now living in Colorado, I was involved in a car accident, which unbeknownst to me at that time, ruptured the implant in my right breast. I began having periods of pain and discomfort. Out of concern about the rupture I decided to have both implants removed. This decision led me to visit 3 different plastic surgeons, all of whom played down my concerns about rupture and were more interested in me having new implant surgery, which I did not want. In 2010 I moved to Georgia. By 2013 I was feeling the effects of my 5 year old rupture confirmed by an ultrasound & MRI. I began researching plastic surgeons and discovered Dr. Earl Stephenson. Hesitantly I made an appointment hoping that Dr. Stephenson would validate my concerns and understand my decision to have the implants removed entirely with no further surgery. My health and well being was Dr. Stephenson’s main concern and his approach was to remove the implants and to get me healthy. Aside from being a highly skilled plastic surgeon, he is kind and compassionate, truly a rare find! Dr. Stephenson immediately gained the trust and respect of my husband and I. I was totally satisfied with the outcome of my surgery. I did however learn that the removal of silicone after a rupture is very difficult in that it’s consistency is compared to that of a sticky spider web. In 2018 I consulted with Dr. Stephenson again due to finding hard lumps in my right breast, which was silicone buildup. Following a breast MRI, further testing and results, it was decided I would have a total mastectomy. This was an intense and emotional procedure. Dr. Stephenson’s skill-set and compassion once again carried me through a difficult year of follow-up appointments and procedures as I also chose to have reconstructive surgery. As a woman some of the most devastating words you may ever hear are "you have breast cancer and will need a mastectomy." That was the case for me, followed by the most consoling words were, "I am Dr. Earl Stephenson, Jr. and I am going to take care of you". We have been Dr., patient and friends for almost 12 years, and he has lived up to this statement. I could not have found a more compassionate, caring Dr., not to mention a Dr. and a man who actually listens to you. What a bonus! His skill as a plastic surgeon is amazing and he will walk you through every single step there is for your surgery and treatment. I came all the way from Augusta, GA to come to Dr. Stephenson. He is amazing. I came to the consultation in September 2021. The facility was clean and the staff was super nice. I quickly was approved and he completed my surgery in December 2021. I am still going through the healing process but my scars are small and healed nicely. Dr. Stephenson is an outstanding doctor. I had a botched tummy tuck, bbl and 360 Lipo back in 2017 by another doctor. My life was turned upside down and in shambles. I went to the emergency room for infection and necrosis. Eastside Medical Center recommended Dr. Stephenson and contacted him on my behalf. He took me on as a patient when no one else would touch me. He had me come in immediately and started the process of getting me back on track. He treated my wounds and reassured me everything will be okay. Dr. Stephenson is such a caring and compassionate doctor. He cared about what I have been through. He cared for me and prayed for me. In 2021 he performed revision surgeries to fix the scars left from the wounds. I am so happy with my outcome. I could never dream that I would ever look as great as I do. A doctor that tells you that he would not submit a procedure on a pregnant woman to her insurance provider because he “won’t make a lot of money” and that she needed to pay out of pocket is a complete disgrace. Do your job. Take care of your patient. There is no need to be rude. This man, This doctor just may have saved my daughters life. My girl is a breast cancer patient. Her journey has truly been with many unnecessary events and surgeries. Dr. Stephenson, by the grace of God, was in the right place at the right time, literally. I found his code of ethics above and beyond. He knew his limitations, but knew he needed to help her. This was an emergency situation. Could he correct what had been done? No! But saving her life was far more important to us and he did what needed to be done. I believe if he tells a patient he can't or he won't, it's in the best interest and well being of the patient. Dr. Stephenson is a gem! It took several visits to other providers to find a physician that really took the time to listen which lead to proper testing, diagnosis and treatment. He is so personable, professional and great at what he does. He called me when referrals/recommendations were needed and consulted via phone with my other physicians to coordinate the best care for my case (which isn’t easy). During office visits I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered.

Dr. Stephenson was very helpful and let me know exactly what to expect when my procedure was done and aftercare. He is always willing to listen to issues as well as try to offer some good advice.

The organization had a debt collector who took over $2500 out of my account without my permission. I was on an arrangement to pay $150 a month for a breast procedure for cancer. I lost my sister to breast cancer. This office has no sympathy for those who have financial arrangements. Go elsewhere!

I received very professional and pleasant service from Dr. Stephenson and his nurse when having a facial mole removal. They were very accommodating when scheduling for surgery and follow up appointments. I especially appreciate the ease of talking to Dr. Stephenson regarding any questions or concerns.

Dr. Stephenson and his staff are EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never felt more relaxed and at ease with a surgical procedure. The end result was amazing and beautiful. I have sent and will continue to send patients to this practice. To me this is the ONLY physician you should consider when planning your plastic surgery.

Dr. Stephenson and his staff were wonderful throughout my surgery process. He and his staff were very polite and attentive and willing to answer any questions I had. At my first consultation appointment, Dr. Stephenson did a really great job at setting expectations for the surgery and results I could receive. We discussed and agreed on the goals and limitations and he made sure I was well aware of the possible outcomes and surgery process. The pre-op appointment covered the details of surgery day, how the surgery would be done and recovery details. On the day of surgery, I went to Gwinnett Medical Center on Pleasant Hill Road. The staff at that center was also wonderful and far exceeded my expectations of a surgical center. My surgery was completed in a few hours and I was home midday. Both the surgical center and Dr. Stephenson called me that night to make sure I was doing okay, which demonstrated a huge level of service. After the surgery, I had a follow up appointment 4 days after and then once a week after that for the next month, followed by a 6 week and 12 week check in. At each of these visits, Dr. Stephenson and his staff made sure to answer any questions I had about my recovery and also set my expectations on the recovery process looking ahead until the next time they saw me. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would encourage anyone looking to have a procedure to meet with them for a consult to explore your options. I am beyond satisfied with my results. I had to have my third hernia repair along with getting a tummy tuck. Dr. Stephenson made the coordination with the general surgery so easy. I am no longer experiencing pain, discomfort and bloating since surgery plus I have abs now!!! I had a very good recovery without any complications. Post-op visits were a great experience as well (in and out). This physician is easy to get in contact with and responds back quickly. Money well spent! I'd do it all over.

Dr. Stephenson and his staff are EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never felt more relaxed and at ease with a surgical procedure. The end result was amazing and beautiful. I have sent and will continue to send patients to this practice. To me this is the ONLY physician you should consider when planning your plastic surgery.

My insurance didn't want to approve my breast surgery due to my back problems. Dr.Stephenson explain to my insurance company the problems I was having and they approve my surgery. Dr. Stephenson was kind, professional, and very thorough in his explanation of the procedure. His work is supurb. Its been a year and a half since my breast reduction and lift and I am still in awe of the amazing job he did. He certainly has a blessing in his hands. Dr. Stephenson is an excellent plastic surgeon. On December 17th I had a TT and a BR. Dr. Stephenson did a great job and I absolutely love my body. I am a 36 year old wife and mother of 2 and I really wanted my body back after my kids. Dr. Stephenson gave me my dream breasts and ultimately my dream body. I have never had normal breast, even before my kids and now I feel normal and can wear normal bra's and wear any shirt I want. I love the new life and body Dr. Stephenson has given me.

They decided not to tell me about certain charges until well after the surgery. Not the most upfront honest business i have ever met. All i had was a simple mole removed and i got charges months after surgery w/o any warning from Signature. Why ask for a quote if all of the charges are not included or even mentioned as possible?
