consultation visit …answered all my questions …office visit started promptly …very efficient and a pleasant staff of employees.

I have been consistently impressed with Dr Heringer and his team. They are kind, professional and helpful. He has been thorough in his explanations and patient when answering questions.

Dr. Heringer, a very smart young plastic surgeon, is personable and takes the time to explain procedures while encouraging patient interaction. Dr. Heringer did an upper ptosis and lower lid blepharoplasty. The former to improve my peripheral vision. Although I'm just 3 weeks out from the surgery and still healing, which takes 6-8 weeks, I'm quite happy with the results already. My wife, also a patient, had a lower lid blepharoplasty and is very pleased with the final results. He also has a very professional and courteous staff.

The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Dr. H. was gentle and professional. He took his time to explain everything I needed to know and that gave me confidence. He obviously knows what he is doing and in just one meeting, I feel that I can trust him. I'm sure he'll give me his best!

I was blessed to find Dr Heringer 5 years ago when I had a bad tear sac infection. He got me into the hospital right away, and eventually did lacrimal duct surgery to replace it. He most likely saved my sight the infection was so severe. Now I go to Dr Heringer for all my cosmetic work. He is the most capable and kind doctor you will ever meet.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Dr. Heringer was patient, gentle, and explained each step as he went. Thank you to Dr. Heringer and his staff for making my first visit such a pleasant experience.

Dr Heringer is the best! Thorough, calm even demeanor, takes time to explain everything and and answer questions. Ensures the patient has a complete understanding and confidence in their decision and is happy with the outcome. Very well qualified with excellent education and board certifications. Wouldn’t consider choosing anyone else. Also the professionals working alongside him like and respect him, this speaks volumes.

From the front-office staff…to the medical back-office attendance…to Doctor himself, it was a most pleasant experience. Kind, friendly, caring, easy to talk with and all my concerns were met. I HIGHLY recommend this practice!

I had lower eyelid surgery to remove my bags. I still have bags and bumps under my eyes. He performed laser surgery under my eyes or free, but it really didn’t help. I would not use him again.

The visit, once it took place was fine. The examination and diagnosis went smoothly. I learned the problem I had, and the suggested treatment. I agreed to the surgery, and the operation is being set up pending insurance approval. The problem was my appointment was for 11:15 and I was told to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did. I did not see Dr. Heringer until 11:45. There seems to be room for improvement in this area. Thirty minute lag time seems excessive

Couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience at the office, with Dr. Heringer and all his staff.. my phone message was quickly addressed - even with a follow up at nearly 7pm to make sure the message was returned .. have rarely had such a pleasant experience at a doctor’s office :)

Dr Heringer is usually a little late getting to see you but that is because he doesn't rush. He took whatever time required to answer any questions and made sure they were answered.

We thought Dr. Heringer did an excellent job on my eye. He was personable, efficient and had good suggestions about treating my other eye. Will definitely go back for that treatment!

Dr.Heringer and staff have been wonderful during this process. Any issues after surgery they were very concerned and caring. I certainly would recommend Dr. Heringer to my family and friends.

Dr. Heringer is a calm and caring doctor. He took the time to explain my procedure and give me his professional opinion on what I needed to have done. He also explained my after care and what I could expect for healing time.

Update: My experience with Dr. Heringer and his staff has been outstanding. My surgery went quite well and my recovery has been pretty much uneventful. Dr. Heringer is a wonderful physician and surgeon. His staff was efficient and respectful. Thank you.

My experience was great! The office staff is absolutely amazing and kind. The office was clean and the doctor is extremely knowledgeable. I got more from one visit with him than I have in years from other doctors. I highly recommend this office. ❤️❤️

Great office visit!

The visit was everything that I would’ve wanted in a new doctor practice for me. The office staff was friendly and efficient and got me in within a good time frame.
