My name is Selena and my son Santiago had so much pain , we were recommended to "Ramapo oral & maxillo facial surgery " and first off the staff is amazing, kind , helpful I just was amazed and last but not least had the opportunity to meet this amazing doctor name Dr.Drew A nunziata he looked at my son and I can tell right away he wanted to help and that's what happend he helped my 6 year old son immediately and made a plan for him and surely after the procedure not only did I get so much information and advice and just so much help for what to do now and in the future for him I just knew my son Santiago was in good hands and they gave me a card with a number on it to contact like after hours line just in case I had question which I didn't need to use but still so amazing that it was available ! I am greatly grateful for Dr.Drew and all the amazing people who work there. Whomever is reading this and you are curious if this is the right place for you let me just say it is . And last but not least my son Santiago is thriving and out of pain and I'll be forever grateful for dr.drew and everyone who works there so many names but I'll never forget their faces.❤️ from the bottom of my heart thank you everyone . -Selena&Santiago.

Dr. Nunziata is the BEST around! He is personable, caring, and REALLY good at what he does. It also meant the world to hear him call me by my name without having to glance at the clipboard. He is thorough in his explanations, expectations, and outcome; his demeanor and approach is so trustworthy. Thanks to Dr. Nunziata and his crew, my (at-first) intimidating experience and recovery turned out to be such a breeze! A true professional with a warm atmosphere—what more could you ask for?

Would give a zero but can’t. Office took advantage of a dependent and Dr. Nunziata refuses to return our calls. My son had a consult for wisdom tooth extraction. We were told to send his recent full mouth X-rays from his primary dentist to Ramapo Oral Surgery. They received them 1 week prior to the appointment. Clearly did not review them. Day of appointment they say they need additional X-rays but don’t tell my son how much they are or that they are not covered by insurance until he checks out. Then they hit him with a big bill. Tried several times to speak to Dr. Nunziata directly but he won’t call us back. He took an oath to do no harm and serve with sympathy and understanding. I was referred to Dr. Nunziata for an sudden emergency extraction. Throughout the experience he and his team made it a priority to first help me feel comfortable and safe. The procedure was pain free and the results excellent. His practice is the best!

One of the best in the business. My wife had to get a wisdom tooth removed and she is terrified of surgery. Dr. Nunziata’s staff were extremely patient, nurturing, and emotionally supportive of my wife (one of the nurses held my wife’s hand until she fell asleep). When she woke up from the surgery, all she kept saying was thank you to everyone. We are now home, and my wife has little to no swelling most likely due to a wonderful surgery. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Nunziata and a huge shout out and thank you to him and his staff for having extraordinary patience. One of the best in the business. I cannot express how thankful I am that I found Dr. Nunziata. If I could give him 100 stars I would. I I was very apprehensive to get my wisdom teeth extracted after two other oral surgeons were hesitant to extract the two that were severely impacted. Dr. Nunziata came up with a plan and did a fantastic job with my surgery. Not only is he an excellent oral surgeon, but he takes the time to explain everything and is so genuinely kind. The entire office staff from the receptionists, to the dental assistants, to the billing staff are absolutely superb as well. Dr. Nunziata and his staff are a very efficient and caring group. I would definitely rate them more than five stars. I was very nervous about the procedure and Dr. Nunziata took the time to explain everything to me and was made to feel very comfortable. After the procedure he took the time to explain everything that was performed to both me and my son. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nunziata to my family and friends. Thank you for such wonderful care.

Sorry to have to do this. Left a glowing review yesterday...but things are different today. I am on 3 medications for high blood pressure. I also told the staff that I am hypertensive. I was given anesthesia that most likely reacted with the Clonidine HCL that I took within 4 hours...was not told to with hold meds...the decision to not use local anaesthesia was made at the last minute. I was over aneasthetized. Also...I was prescribed Tylenol with Codiene, and told to use Ibuprofen if I felt that I did not need the codiene....BOTH OF THESE SUBSTANCES REACT WITH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS!!!. I don't think they read my chart. Dr. Nunziata is very nice..and the extractions went well...but as an MD...he should know about drug interactions. Wow...I was a bit anxiousas?I had 2 abscessed teeth. Dr. Nunziata and his staff explained everything...monitored my blood pressure and had the teeth out promptly. I opted for sedation.. instead of local...didn't feel a thing and it was done in less than 30 minutes. Slight tenderness at 8:30 pm...but no swelling or pain. Thank you so much!!!

I dealt with Sherrie and Dr Nunziata. Sherrie was very good thorough in making me comfortable, answering all my questions. Dr Nunziata was the same, responded very honestly about all my options. I would gladly recommend this practice.

This was my first extraction and from the moment I arrived I knew I was in good hands The staff is very professional and treated you with kindness and respect. Dr Nunziata took the time to explain the procedure, talk about how I was feeling and how I would feel post extraction. After the extractions Dr. Nunziata went over how things went and what to expect. His staff also covered all my questions and detailed out what I needed to do while healing. My follow-up app...

Both Dr. Nunziata and Dr.Pavone are very skilled oral surgeons. They made me feel very comfortable and constantly checked and showed care and concern both before and after my tmj surgery. Both are very kind individuals. The office staff is very helpful and very professional. It's worth the trip from New Jersey. They helped me out tremendously. This is a great practice and I highly recommend them if you need trustworthy oral surgeons.
