I never write reviews but my experience brought me to tears. I was referred to him from my dentist for a gum cyst. Very poor bedside manners. He probed my tenders gums without warning then told me he could pull me teeth for me to fix the problem. Offered a antibiotic prescription then told me to follow up with to him or my dentist. All of this was in less than 10 minutes. The attending nurse was just as cold as he was and they were fully aware that I was in tears. Luckily the internet is my friend and I found a caring endodontist who took me the very next day, took 3-d images, did multiple testing on my teeth for nerve damage. I’ve been assured my teeth are vital and have been referred to a periodontist with experience who is able to take care of me. Maybe it’s time for dr Wallace to retire if he too tired to take care of referrals and wants pull teeth to put money in his pocket.
