Dr. Ramseys' office got me in asap when I called and was in pain. Everyone was professional and nice. I had a lot of anxiety due to the pain I was in . Dr. Ramsey and his staff were compassionate and calming. Most importantly, I was out of pain when I left his office. I highly recommend Dr. Ramsey for anyone with endodontic needs. I had been having severe tooth pain for awhile. I called the office they got me right in with Dr. Ramsey for a root canal. I absolutely hate dental procedures.... Dr. Ramsey and his staff did an excellent job making this procedure comfortable for me. I would highly recommend him. They even called to check on me the next day. Their service is beyond great! I am glad to say I am pain free the next day! The office staff is also very friendly.

Everyone is so nice and compassionate! From the front office to the proceedure room....they could not have made me feel more comfortable and calm even when I was so nervous to start!

Dr. Ramsey is an excellent dentist. I had a root canal which he performed effortlessly without pain. I recommend him to patients with endodontic needs.

I had the extreme pleasure of visiting this fine establishment today. I was referred by the VA Dental Clinic. I had read the other reviews and felt good about the appointment. The visit was absolutely wonderful! It was easy to locate, upon arrival the front office staff was pleasant, Debbie, Brenda, and Sonja all had smiles. I completed the paperwork and then Brooke called my name and took me to the exam room. I met Dr. Ramsey and he was so very pleasant and put me at ease. Brooke explained what all would take place, asked if I had any questions and made small talk that further put me at ease because I was in pain and had been for almost a month off and on. Then Annie came in, another very pleasant person. As the numbing process began it took me awhile to completely get numb, I began to cry. Dr. Ramsey and Annie quickly calmed my fears and assured me that they did not want me to be in any pain and would not go any further on the work until the entire area was numb. The procedure was over so quickly I really almost went to sleep! I was not aware that Meijer would fill antibiotic prescription for free until they informed me. So I went there to get it filled. The whole visit was just wonderful and I have nothing but praise for the entire staff!!!! I thank VA for referring me to them and I would refer anyone needing any dental care to them because they are very courteous, kind, patient, professional, and just real nice folks!!!!
