Dr. Pritchard has been my doctor for many years & always was a good, caring person who made my life better, I'm sorry he has decided to retire because I know I won't find another one like him but I hope he will enjoy his retirement-

I have been to a patient of Dr. Pritchard for many years. I first met him at davis hospital when I was doing private duty caring for another physician who was critically ill and very special to me. I was so impressed by how kind and caring he was to my patient. When my rheumatologist told me I needed to see a pain management physician I immediately ask to be referred to Dr. Pritchard. I knew he had an exuberant personality and a huge heart! His main agenda is to keep you as pain free as he possibly can. He doesn’t only prescribe narcotics but incorporates holistic medicine that include supplements and compounded topical treatments. He’s always trying to find ways to treat my pain from my multiple and complex health issues which include c-spine compression fractures from severe osteoporosis, pelvic and rib fractures from falls, auto accident injuries, RA, Parkinson’s disease, neuropathy. He has continued to treat patients at an age most physicians have already retired and it’s because he truly loves what he does. I’ve always known you have to love what you do to be truly good at it. He makes you feel as if you’re the only patient he has and really listens to and address’s any issues you are experiencing with your pain or meds. I’ve been a patient of and worked with a myriad of physicians during my career of 50 plus years. I’ve developed an instinct for where they fall on the scales of competency and caring. When I had to retire due to disability my social life became my 7 physicians and 1 dentist. I’ve learned your health is wealth and Dr. Douglas Pritchard makes me feel a little richer. He treats my pain not only with pharmaceuticals but with genuine care and concern so I gave him 5 star’s but that really doesn’t due him justice. My prayer is that he won’t retire until after I’m in Heaven and healed by the Great Physician. If you’re being referred for pain management I hope my review will aide you make an informed decision about health and that you can also feel richer! He diagnosed me when i been seeing doctors for 12 years and had me in therapy and headache clinics ..they were wrong he was spot on amazing doctor

Douglass Pritchard has been my uncle's physician for over 20 years now. Our family couldn't ask for a more kind and compassionate human being. He has always been there for my uncle. The staff are so kind and courteous, not to mention fast. They are always concerned about my uncle's well being.

Dr. Prichard is an exceptional physician. It's obvious how much he cares about you and wants to take pain out of your life. His staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I can't say enough good things about his practice.

Dr Pritchard has been my doctor for over 15 years. He is a compassionate and skilled physician.

Visit was good. My problems were diagnosed and treated in a positive way. I am doing much better and am happy to have been referred to the office. Staff was very helpful and caring. Office very clean and comfortable. A lot of people in waiting room but my wait time was very reasonable. Was uncomfortable to attend visit but felt very comfortable after visit was over and would highly recommend office

Yes, the staff (his wife and mother-in-law) can be a bit snappish with patients, but it’s their way of maintaining a schedule. Left to his own devices, Dr. Pritchard would spend hours with every patient, advocating for them at every turn. He’s not merely a caring doctor — he’s actually fun to be with. Chronic pain is exceedingly difficult to treat, but he really tries to help sufferers. Never did I feel as if he was in it for the money.

Dr. Pritchard is very caring and is always a pleasure. However, his office staff are horrible. His wife and sister-in-law work there and are the main issue. I have never been treated so badly at doctor’s office but in my life. I have been going to him for years now, and this problem has been an ongoing. Other patients have complained, but Pritchard does nothing.

HE PUSHES ALL THESE NEW MEDICATIONS AND ALWAYS HAS NOTE PADS, INK PENS, CALANDERS ETC, From the companies whose medications THAT HE PUSHES!! He tried everything on me, milking my insurance company for every dime he could get!! I’ve actually seen them turn away people who needed to see him for their pain, because they didn’t have their copay money!! THIS IS NOT WHAT GOOD MEDICAL PRACTICE IS ABOUT!! After putting me through the ringer, I ended up back on THE SAME MEDICATIONS I WAS TAKING WAY BEFORE I MET HIM!! ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!! Dr. Pritchard is much more personable than most physicians. His staff is always very friendly, as well.

Dr Pritchard is an outstanding physician who is very smart. Caring. His wife Robin is very disrespectful. Gave me an hour to get to office. I was required to be in court (I work in court). The judge wrote letter stating I couldn’t leave until trial was over. I had no other way to leave either as I wasn’t released to drive after brain surgery(my sitter drove me to work daily) Legal action in process towards her & she was recorded saying my age profiled me as patient. Can’t wait until she’s served

Dr.Pritchard. Is a very caring person. He listens to you talk about your pains. He's very caring person he takes time with you not like other Doctors in and out 15 minutes. He's staff are wonderful.I can not say enough about them.

He has always been really friendly, kind, and professional every time i have ever been to his office. His staff has always treated me very nice. In fact my son passed away and his office was the only Drs. Office that sent me a card. Also this is the only Dr office that ive never been put on hold by the receptionist before either. Ive always been treated very good at this office.

My mother went to Dr. Pritchard and now so do I. He explains what an why your body is aching, he listens and spend s adequate time with each patient. As far as the office staff well I think they sometimes forget whose the doctor and whose the staff and whose paying the bill.
