Absolutely the worst experience ever. I will never go back to this clinic. I was referred and everyone seemed depression and grumpy. Bad day, I don't know. The front desk people were not nice, the person rooming me was in a rush and the doctor conner did not explain anything to me and seemed bothered I was there. Do not go here.

I fell while traveling out of town and waited until I returned to see a doctor when I learned I had a mild fracture instead of a sprained ankle. The ThedaCare Orthopedic Care front desk staff, Ty (trainer) and Dr. Connor were great with answering all my questions and helping me learn the proper way to use crutches since I ordered them online with curbside delivery from a local retail store while I was out of town and I had them set up incorrectly. Looking forward to my follow up visit and getting out of this boot!

Empty! Used to be a thriving clinic! This Dr. misdiagnosed my ankle injury greatly--sprain vs. reconstructive surgery needed! Had me do PT with a broken ankle and torn major ligament. When I complained of increasing pain with PT he refused both my and my PT's request for an MRI. Wasted 5 months of my life--had to start all over with another physician who ordered an MRI and had to do 21 staple surgery on all 3 sides of my ankle! Empty! Used to be a thriving clinic! Dr. Connor is an excellent physician. He is on time, kind and knowledgeable. He explains things well, presents all options and then allows the patient to help determine the course of action (if appropriate). I recommend him highly.

Went to him for broken ankle after a fall. He misdiagnosed me (said sprain or small fracture vs. broken piece unattached, torn ligament and floating cartilage.) Had to do physical therapy with a broken bone and torn ligament! Pain got worse. Refused to order MRI. Had to find another Dr. because he refused to investigate the lack of progress and increasing pain. New Dr. ordered MRI immediately and performed 71 min. of reconstructive surgery on 3 sides of my foot! His wrong diagnosis, wrong treatment ordered and refusal to do appropriate MRI let to 10 months to recover from my accident vs. 5 months!

Dr Connor was very helpful & pleasant. I saw him for what we both thought was inflammation of “ bursitis” in my shoulder. He did a thorough exam & X-ray. Gave me an injection under US of steroids for my frozen shoulder. It was almost painless I was amazed. He suggested to follow up with PT. It helped for two weeks but Further problems with weakness and pain sent me to my FP and unfortunately on to Rheumatology . So it was a bigger problem than we both suspected. But I would however, refer anyone to Dr Connor for any Orthopedic problem or injection if needed. I would return to him if I needed to for care or injections. Dr Connor was very helpful & pleasant. He’s really nice but I transferred my care bc I wasn’t getting better.

My son saw Dr. Connor for a sports-related injury today. We were both very satisfied with the visit. Dr. Connor was kind, respectful, and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. He seemed quite knowledgeable and willing to explain condition and what our options were. He answered all of our questions. Overall, this was a very positive experience for us.

His injection hurt. I thought an ultrasound would help.

Went in for both a knee and shoulder injury. He explained my options. I was able to have both injected. The experience was professional, and he was genuinely caring and nice. He did a wonderful job and the injections were spot on and little to no pain.

Horrible bedside manner but this clinic is horrible, he injected my knee and it was way worse than Dr. Miller. All the docs leave here. Crappy hosp and clinic.

Told me I was experiencing no pain and I was faking.
