Dr Walbey, I was in your office on Wednesday and was told my prescription would be sent to Walgreens on Dunn, well I didn't get a call to pick up meds. I call your office on Thursday spoke with your receptionist whom stated she would give you the message. It is now Friday evening and I have yet to get the prescription. Worse customer service ever they treated me like I could not afford my service asked for a new paper because I couldn’t read the one they gave me and never received one my appointment was at 2pm I waited in the lobby 45 no other patients were there because the doctor was up front talking told me my service would be 69.50 plus whatever else needed I said ok just tell me the price she said hold on let her figure it out at this point it was 2:30 and no one still said anything so at 2:45 I walked out I was treated like I couldn’t afford to be in her office it’s really sad how we treat each you other Worse customer service ever they treated me like I could not afford my service asked for a new paper because I couldn’t read the one they gave me and never received one my appointment was at 2pm I waited in the lobby 45 no other patients … More
