Over the past few years and worsening. Outside the the building is never cleaned. Inside is a mess and unclean. Never for one day should a building look like this with a director, an assistant director, a super, a maintenance staff, porters, and a front desk staff. Ive actually see the front desk staff clean the lobby and desk more than the maintenance porter staff and its not their job but are a different type of employee. The lazy, high, unmanaged maintenance staff has done even less, and spends more time in empty apartments, hiding and outside directly in front of the building smoking than attending to cleaning, work orders and tenant apartment issues. This current director mistreats tenants and allows maintenance staff to be on site while impaired, to not begin or complete jobs, and do less work than ever leaving the building in a state of disrepair and an embarrassment from how it was once treated. The building director has been mishandling issues since her arrival at the building and has used intimidation and unprofessional behavior to attempt to get her way while threatening and mishandling affairs of tenants. She, a person with a director title, ignores tenants verbal and written requests and needs, does not have a trained or managed building maintenance or office staff and used tactics on tenants which need be addressed by a government authority since social services and Breaking Ground obviously accept her actions.
