Professional, dependable, courteous care are provided at this dental office.

As usual, staff was courteous, was caring of my concerns. Office was neat and clean.Would refer any one to partake of the services.

Excellent Customer Service all around, from the Administration to the Dr. herself.. She is the “REAL DEAL.” I appreciate her truth about what I need ✅

When you walk into the doors of Dr. Donna's office you forget you are at a dentist. The staff are fun and engaging and do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable.

Got 'emergency' appt very promptly. We discussed treatment options, took x-rays and DR P to work up a new, detailed treatment plan and email to me. She is very thorough, and knowledgable. Great Dr-Patient mannerisms.

Dr Palmisano and her staff are kind and caring. She is a thorough dentist. I feel I am in good hands, and I am confident I will receive excellent quality care from her. She and her staff are a blessing.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Palmisano and team. When an issue arose, she took my concerns seriously and coordinated my care with the endodontist and oral surgeon. I am so grateful for her care and expertise. She is absolutely the best!

I have never had a bad experience at Dr Donnas. She and her staff are the most friendly dental personal Ive ever encountered. Its actually a pleasure to go and visit with them ...I end up laughing most of my visit :) Very genuine people and Dr Donna is an excellent dentist.

Dr. Donna and her staff are the best, period! Needing dental work done is not something anyone generally looks forward to but an appointment with Dr Donna is always a good day. My confidence in her is as high as it can go and her staff is the absolute BEST! I love all of them! I told them yesterday, if my teeth could do a happy dance, they would. It’s always a pleasure to visit Dr Donna. She and her staff are very friendly and personal. My husband and I travel from the Northshore and make a road trip of it by eating lunch out and going to Trader Joes.

I have always had positive experiences with Dr. Palmisano and her staff. They are all knowledgeable and friendly. The staff immediately put patients at ease and are always concerned with the patient's comfort. Wait times are short or non-existent.

Dr Donna is great. I bring my 5 year old to her and he has a lot of teeth issues. She is great with him! She explains what she’s doing and shows him the tools she will use on his teeth, which relaxes him because it takes his fear away! On my first visit I immediately noticed how nice and comfortable her office felt to me. Both Dr. Palmisano and her assistant were very attentive.. I felt comfortable and at ease. She did a 3D scan of my teeth. With this state of the art technology and her explanation, this added to my comfort. She’s a good listener too. I have lot of confidence in her. Dr Palmisano is also an active participant in the Donated Dental Services Program. That says a lot about a person. Her office location is easy in and easy out. I’m so glad I found her. If you want a good Dentist look no further.

I have a fairly complicated case. I have seen Dr. Palmisano and her staff several times. She has never failed to figure out the problem and solve it. The office space is comfortable, the hygienist and Dr. work well together and the front desk staff always friendly and helpful. This is the place for New Orleanians to get the best in dental care.

I was on a ship, far from home when I broke a front tooth to the gum-line. It was a very embarrassing situation. The staff went out of their way to get me in and assist with payment issues I was having from my end. She really took her time and the temporary tooth truly looked like a permanent repair. I also had an inappropriate issue concerning my cell phone with Dr. Palmisano, that proved even more embarrassing. Thank goodness her and the staff fielded the matter like true professionals putting me at ease, or I swear and would have just gotten up and left because I was so embarrassed. I can only wish that all of my dentist visits in my 55 years had went so well. If I lived in the New Orleans area this would be my choice, hands down. Referred to implant specialist Dr.Donna Palsimano by family dentist due to second times failed on Implanted teeths. My first visit on April 26, 2017, Obssesion on my minded about implants finally ceased by Dr. Donna Palsimano's expertise knowledge. Thank you Dr.Donna for your friendly and extra serviced. I also thank Dr.Wendy meas for referring to knowledgeable specialist.

Dr. Palmisano is very comforting and gentile with all of her patients. She is very thoughtful and mindful of others' feelings and anxieties. The office staff is so supportive and helpful!! I would not trade them for anything!!

I will always be grateful to Donna Palmisano for her recommendations and her quality of work. I spent ten years with a fractured tooth and went to at least 5 different dentist that wanted to remove the adjacent teeth for a crown. Donna recommended Demarcus Smith for the tooth implant (great experience) and I now have a beautiful replacement tooth along with filling a space in this area that had shifted. Thank you all so much. I've been seeing a dentist, who's older then I, and felt neglect on his part, so went for other opinions. Wound up with Dr Donna because she and her staff are very caring, and repaired the items that needed immediate attention. Didn't push to do a bunch of unnecessary work, but just what I needed to keep them operable. She goes excellent work and reworks until you're comfortable. Her staff is so comforting when the gruesome work has to be done, keeping you relaxed and at ease. And there's a good chance you'll be leaving with a laugh and a smile on your face. The entire family loves Dr. Palmisano and all her staff! We are always seen promptly; never more than a 10 minute wait. Our dental work is pain-free; we have even had cavities filled without anesthesia and still no pain!!
