It is apparent to me that this doctor and his staffs are chasing $$$ from patients than helping patients to cure their problems/illness. It is apparent to me that this doctor and his staffs are chasing $$$ from patients than helping patients to cure their problems/illness. Before I went to my first appointment, they sent me a letter asking for my credit card information. Then after my telemeeting with a practitioner, they called and sent me a letter to ask for payment even after my payment check was already deposited by them. Medicine prescribed by the doctor did not solve my acne problem, instead they caused bad allergy on me. Funny thing is, the practitioner there even suggested I took a Covid test because she thought my allergy was due to infection of Covid virus. She was trying to shift her liability to something else. What a jerk !

Stay away from this incompetent rude quack! He wouldnt know what crusted scabbies mite infestation was after I showed him even with his magnifying glass!???. Told him been on ivermectim for a mon been shedfing mites from Dr. Voron who misdiagnosed it for 6 years, until one day I finally found one and figured it out! I begged Dr. for it. Finally clearing sbut in Intestines, urinary and lungs. He said it was poison and dont have scabies.Dude needs to retire or go back to school and learn Arcasis

Doc. Chang is a wizard! He has changed me and my life for the better. I honestly love this man!

Worse doctor ever! Dr Chang prescribed a medication that it not covered by my insurance which cost $560/month. I paid out of pocket for a year and finally got approved by the manufacture free medication program. The program required the doctor to call in the prescription every month, Dr Chang said it wast too much of his time and refuse to do it. I offered to pay for each call as a visit but he still refuse to help. Just tell me to go through the regular pharmacy and pay for the medication.
