The team at Vistar Eye Center in Botetourt are exceptional at customer service. Every employee I came into contact with was kind, helpful and professional.

Dr. Scothorn is very thorough and spends as much times as needed with his patients. I never feel rushed.

Wait my appointment about 3 months..than when I came they told the Dr.had a surgery today nobody called you ?nobody send you you a letter or notice anything...???Nooooo.. Ok ..than we reschedule you for a new appointment...!!!reallllllly!!..no ..thank you...I'll go somewhere else ,,,,I felt sorry for let my insurance pay this clinic...I wasted my time ..I waste few hours at work just to go early.... I always enjoy the friendly staff and Dr. Scothorn they are great to ask questions or any concerns that I have. Thank you all making it such a great experience.

Dr. Scothorn is an excellent doctor. He shows genuine care and concern for his patients. He has been our doctor for a long time and has gone above and beyond for our family and our friends when the need has arisen. I consider him a friend as well as an excellent doctor.

I am very pleased with Dr. Scothorn. He went out of his way to get the drops I needed when the pharmacy did not carry them. I recommenced him to a lady the other day, she was having so much trouble with blurred vision and said Dr couldn't seem to do anything about it.

Dr scothorn did a great job of advising me 0n my borderline glaucoma condition. He spent time with me showing me the scans and pictures of my optical nerves,etc - and how this supports the poisition that i am ok now. And prescribed a recheck in 6 months to monitor this. I was very relieved after this visit, and was very worried before i came in. I thank dr scothorn for his expertise, and taking the time to provide thorough explanations. And also being sensitive to my heightened concerns.

Dr. Scothorn is very personable. I feel that he takes my best interest to heart. I always go away from a visit with Dr. Scothorn feeling that he has given me his full attention. I am fully satisfied with Dr. Scothorn's care of my vision needs.

Dr. Scothorn always provides an abundance of information about my eyes and is dogged about seeing me regarding and increase i the pressure that was escalating, but now is down some.
