Dr Donald Richardson is a top notch Neurologist who has taken care of me for RSD for almost 18 years. He has a great understanding of my disease and has helped me tremendously with my pain. He will always be one of my favorite Dr's. He has one brilliant mind and has dedicated his life to helping others live a better life.

The best doctor around!! Dr. Donald Richardson is the most companionate doctor I have ever met. He truly cares about me as his patient and I can only assume that he treats other patients the same. He always has a smile on his face and with his sense of humor, you are guaranteed to leave with one. His Nurse Practitioner Melanie is great as well. She is very helpful and patient. They are a great team! The staff is exceptional and the atmosphere is relaxed. The receptionist Mrs.Debbie is very polite and prompt with any requests. Best neurosurgeon in the southern United states

Dr Richardson performed a bilateral cingulotomy on me back in 1999 due to severe OCD. My life changed as a result of the surgery. I think Dr Richardson is an incredible, smart, compassionate dr. I am so grateful to him.

The staff is very friendly and caring. Dr.Richardson is the best doctor ever!! Dr. Richardson literally saved my life in 1968, his residency was at Tulane. I was 5 years old then. I had an eosynaphyllic granuloma. At 6 a plate replaced the section of skull removed from my head.
