My husband and I had an appointment with Dr.Peterson on June 12th at 10:45.At 12:45 we left the office without being seen.My husband suffers from multiple sclerosis, is recovering from pneumonia and has a proximal blood clot in his leg and other issues.After an hour and 20 min., I asked a staff member how much longer the dr. would be.She never spoke, got up from her desk and walked away.I thought she would return, but never did.We waited for 40 more min.My husband fell asleep in his wheelchair.We left without so much as an apology from anyone, nor have we heard from anyone associated with the practice. No one cared what we went through to get there.I will look for a smaller practice that is not just a big business.
