He handled a very sensitive problem with total respect and professionalism. I'm very happy with the quality of his work. I will definitely go to him if I ever need a plastic surgeon again.

HORRIBLE MD/SURGEON! Not only were his breast reduction photographs HORRIBLE (his personal portfolio), but he told me that my prior authorization for my surgery would take "3 weeks" (quote) - 8 weeks had gone by, and I had not heard a WORD from him - I had actually called after the 4th week to follow up, in which I was told "They were still 'waiting' on results." After 8 weeks I called my actual insurance and my insurance said NOTHING had been submitted! I called Laub's office only to find out he never submitted ANYTHING! He was apparently waiting on me to consult w/2 other surgeons - but he made it clear to me 3x (I clarified 3x) that he would STILL submit the prior authorization - NO ONE took the responsibility to notify me! Now I am set back 8 weeks and have to wait to see yet ANOTHER doctor before an actual PRE-AUTH can actually be sent - so another 4-8 weeks! UNBELIEVABLE Additionally, I found out that he had had given me INCORRECT information and that I would have to get prior-authorization from the SPECIFIC surgeon who would be performing my surgery, NOT just the "facility" - Lack of KNOWLEDGE! ...lack of PROFESSIONALISM!
