I have used Yellow Springs Primary Care for years. I love the people here, and would recommend the them to everyone. Dr Gronbeck and Dr Gallagher are both excellent caring doctors. The staff is friendly, and they try to cater to the patients needs. I have had myself and children with them for about 8 years now. Wouldn't change a thing. Unfortunately after arriving 8 minutes after my appointment time, I was told I would need to reschedule... again. Last week’s appointment I was told I need to reschedule bc the appointment was made (weeks prior) for a time when the dr was out of the office. My entire family has been going here for 8 years, paying out of pocket and just really disappointed there’s too many clients for one doctor. Given the number of clients in the waiting area, I can only imagine how long they are waiting even given my cancelled appointment.
