I had a new patient appointment with Kennedy-White Orthopaedic Center yesterday, Mar.28th and have never been so impressed with their organization, let alone a doctors' office in my life. Very, very professional.

Totally professional!

Very friendly, very knowledgeable

I never have to wait long to see the doctor and Dr. Erb is a great pain mgmt doctor.

Dr. Erb spent time explaining all of the options available for my problems. Looking forward to working with him.

Dr. Erb, is a superior medical professional. He has been treating me for almost two years. Due to my medical history I have seen many doctors in his field. Dr. Erb is at the top of my list for Pain Management care in the Sarasota area.

Love Dr Erb and his nurse Practitioner LeeAnn. Cindy at the front desk always greets me and knows who I am. All the nurses that bring me back to the room for appointment have been AWESOME!! I get Botox shots for neck injury. I highly recommend if looking for pain relief when nothing else works. Been going to this office for 8 years and I love it! Very informative and excellent care

1st visit, Dr. Web took time which is becoming obsolete in the medical field these days. I left feeling well informed, as I also took my time and asked questions to make ME comfortable with decisions on procedure. Also took time to fill out my paperwork Great 1st visit, wonderful doctor and office staff.

I have been treated for recurring low back pain by Dr. Erb since 2019. He has been very responsive and has administered several procedures, the most recent being an epidural injection. He and his staff are alway pleasant and give me their full attention..I couldn’t ask for more.

Based on the reviews here and as an RN I would refrain from going here based on these horrific experiences patients received from LISA the TRIAGE person . I do not know if she is really a nurse. If she is a nurse she embarrasses the profession of nursing. If she isn't, she will be reported to the State Board of Nursing for using the name "nurse" . I don't know any nurses who would treat patients and go off on them like this. Perhaps she is Ill herself. Psychiatrically. Shame Dr. Erb allows for such unprofessionalism. My life has never been the same. Not in a good way. In 2020 I had cervical facet injections with Dr Erb and after the second set of injections I ended up in the Sarasota Memorial ER with high blood pressure and horrible upper back pain that I am still dealing with 18 months later. I called the office several times and they just gave me more medications. My life has not been the same since July 22 2020. I now have chronic upper back pain and neck pain.

Outstanding service as always!

The Radio Frequency Therepy Dr Erb administers for symptoms of low back pain is very effective at reducing my back pain.

I don’t believe the receptionists ever smile… But all nurses and Dr. Erb are very warm and informative. I knew exactly what to expect, what was happening, and what the follow up would be. I experienced minimal pain with both the shots and the ablation procedure. Very positive about my results and would recommend Dr. Erb to anyone.

Best doctor ... He spent plenty of time explaining my condition in an easy to understand way.

I waited over an hour. That is unacceptable. My time is just as valuable as his.

Excellent experience. Dr. Erb was very helpful and explained my condition and options and was not rushed. His assistant was courteous and pleasant and wait time was minimal. Would definitely recommend him.

Dr Erb was caring, thorough, listened, and explained completely why and what needed to be done to give me relief of my lower back pain.

Always helpful to me when I have an appointment or procedure. Staff and Dr. Erb are tops.

I have back issues, and have been going to Doctor Erb for Pain Management for about 2.5 years. Dr. Erb and all of his staff are wonderful and great to work with. Dr. Erb is good at discussing details before doing the procedure. He is detail oriented, and has a great steady hand. I highly recommend him for pain management issues.

Very short wait time til I was seen by the dr. He was very thorough and explained things the way I could understand them.

If I could give less than a 1-star rating I would. I talked to his nurse Lisa for approximately two weeks about becoming a new patient. Told her the medication I was on and all about my history and physical. I even asked if they were accepting new patients. I was told with a positive yes they are. Not sure why I tried to go back to Kennedy and White to begin with. I thought maybe over 20 years would give them an opportunity to correct their Communications. Apparently I was incorrect. This office is a disaster. This Dr just carelessly discharged a model patient of THIRTY years over something that didn't even happen. Just as every single other negative review has mentioned, Lisa is absolutely toxic. She is incredibly aggressive, manipulative, extremely unprofessional and is a complete and total liar. She flat out lied to Dr Erb about an incident in which Lisa was the aggressor - unjustifiably rude, routinely hanging up on people for asking very trivial, basic questions (like "How can I reach someone to speak with?"), viciously retaliating against a patient for wanting to speak with the doctor directly, and downright lying, stating that a 70 yr old multiple sclerosis patient was the abusive one (which is laughable & insane). I witnessed the entire thing. Lisa is completely out of control, and the Dr didn't even bother to give the patient any opportunity to express her side of the story. He just called and discharged her, stating that he "can't have patients abusing his staff." It was MENTAL and so completely backwards. Which also speaks to this Dr's poor judgment in general. Despite Lisa's obvious pattern of problematic & outrageous behavior (based on all the negative reviews alone) the Dr still blindly supported her, which is exactly why she gets away with it. It's a dangerous combination that no patient should risk participating in. An unhinged, childish receptionist & a Dr who's too busy & uninterested to communicate. What happened here was extreme and flat out wrong on several levels, and was so easily avoidable with a SHRED of reasonable communication. It was retaliatory, and it appears Lisa has learned how to manipulate Dr Erb just as much as she manipulates his patients. No patient deserves to be treated the way they treated this patient. I will be utilizing every resource available to ensure no patient is ever mistreated in this way again by this office. These people apparently cannot be reasoned with, so I will be seeking resolution through a variety of alternate & more serious methods. This could've been resolved with a simple conversation, but these people are nearly impossible to communicate with (by design, I imagine). Now it'll be resolved through entirely different means. This place is HORRIBLE. You never actually see the doctor himself - my mom says it's been over a year since she's seen him. It's always his PA and all they ever do is write scripts. No actual health care. The worst part, however, is that it's IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with them. You can't get a human being on the phone unless you're scheduling an appointment. I'm not surprised that people have been stuck with no medication for days or weeks. Lastly and most frustratingly, the other people were absolutely right about that God awful receptionist, Lisa. She is the worst thing about this place. She's extremely rude & unprofessional, nothing but a nasty attitude for no real or obvious reason. I don't think I've ever encountered such a miserable, negative person in a professional setting before. I can't believe they would let someone like her work for them. It's just another indication that they don't value their patients enough. Fed up with the drama from this place, I got my mom in with another doctor, and the new Dr. took such amazing care of her. The pain meds she was on from Erb's office were unjustifiably excessive & not even the right meds for her condition, so he adjusted those, and prescribed more appropriate meds, and for the first time in YEARS her pain is under control! I love Dr. Erb. I have been with him for almost 15 years. He is conservative in his treatment. I Have been impressed with his Dedication to finding the best treatment and making sure it works, makes him a plus in my book. I started with him when he was with Sarasota Memorial on Clark Road.I wish he NEVER LEFT AND GONE TO KENNEDY WHITE! Since he moved to Kennedy/white I’ve had so many problems. I have to pay for Dr. Erb out of my pocket. Which shows I find him a amazing,caring considerate doctor. So Dr. Erb I have great respect.But his revolving office staff is the worst. Including his TRIAGE NURSE. ONLY REASON- I am giving 3 stars is his Triage Nurse -LISA & staff are terrible. Triage nurse Lisa is Terrible at returning phone calls. I realize that times are crazy during COVID but when you go up after seeing Dr.Erb you go to make a new appointment. I get scheduled every 1 1/2 months. They ask mornings or afternoon? I say 1st thing. They give me my date and I leave. But this new receptionist scheduled over my regular 45 days. It was 65 days until my next appointment so my medication ran out. I don’t check how long it will be. As soon as I went to pick up prescriptions I realized that they were not there. I called Dr. Erb’s Triage nurse the minute I realized what had happened. They certainly have improved time waiting in outer office. Nice speaking directly to Doctor Erb even tho his PA is very nice and knowledgeable. Only drawback was called on Tuesday to schedule an appointment and got a callback on Thursday.

I found Dr. Erb to very easy to talk to and insightful about my problem! He provided me with a prescription to get me started and arranged to have some imaging done to aid in further diagnosing my problem. I was very impressed with him!

The office staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Erb discussed my concerns and answered all my questions in a kind and informative way. I feel positive about further treatment with him for my back pain. I recommend this office.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff. Usually no more than a 10-minute wait beyond scheduled appointment time to see Dr. Erb or his nurse practioner, Victoria Rademaker. However, I have had a 2-1/2 hour wait for a procedure and another 2-1/2 hour wait to see another physician in the same practice and discovered that FIVE (5) of us had the exact same appointment time!! If I had not had a 2-month wait to see the doctor, I would never have waited longer than one hour past my appointed time before walking out! I worked for 48 years in doctors' offices and hospitals, and scheduling FIVE (5) patients for the exact same time is inexcusable, rude and thoughtless!!! I was experiencing excruciating, nearly intolerable, pain from sitting in an uncomfortable waiting room chair by the time I was FINALLY taken back to an exam room! Again, that's totally inexcusable, rude, inconsiderate and unacceptable behavior, especially considering the patients waiting to be seen were already in pain when they arrived at the office. Added to this, the seemingly endless lines of patients having to STAND with nothing to hold onto or sit on just to check in are like something I have never witnessed before in any other medical office, and the same when having to wait to check out. Those lines are wrapped around corners and extremely discouraging to see when stepping off the elevator in an orthopedic office where the majority of patients have a variety of problems standing! An excellent Doctor who takes the time to go over your films and explain everything. Each time I have met with the doctor he has been very patient, explained everything that he sees and all my options. Was a very long wait but Dr Erb was worth the wait, his nurse was amazing! I’ve been a long-standing patient of Dr. Erb. He’s been very helpful with my “pain management “, and I continue to be “my best” with his practice. He’s helped me from crawling to walking without pain due to auto accidents, falls from vertigo etc.. His focus on my needs, have always come first, then he looks at my options, explaining everything to my understanding, then together we decide the best procedure to go with. I’m always referring my friends and acquaintances to Dr Erb, and they’re continuing referrals from them selves, continue to be a very positive and welcoming “thank you” back to me. He’s the best in his field. My “quality of life “ would not have been the same, had I not been introduced to Dr. Erb via my Primary Care Physician since 2006

Now notified I was dropped as a patient bc I missed appt. Terrible, disgraceful treatment. Total money grab they don't care about your well being just your pocket $$$$$$.
