Made to feel very welcome and comfortable

I had three procedures performed by Dr. Collins. He is very knowledgeable in his field. I am very happy I chose Dr. Collins and will chose him in him in the future. He puts his patients at ease and is great at what he does.

Dr. Collins and his amazing nurse, Dolores were fantastic. My initial visit with Dr.Collins was extremely informative and he did not try to over-sell me, only to advise me to do exactly what I needed to do to attain a great result. I do believe he took 20 years off of my face with no lip, eye or another face changes that look unnatural. I did not have any bruising except for a tiny spot on my neck. He is fabulous and has the best bedside manner. I would recommend him to any and everyone.

Too many positives to list, but from beginning to end, Dr. Collins and his staff inspired confidence in me that they would do exactly what they said they would do. They accurately described what would happen, how I would feel at various points in time after the surgery, and what I would experience during my recovery. Dr. Collins takes a personal interest in his patients down to the finest detail-- including checking in the day before the surgery and at key moments after it. He seemed to know exactly how I was feeling at each stage, and seemed to have just the right remedy for the inevitable (yet relatively mild) discomfort that goes along with surgery like this. I also must mention the elite service provided by Norma Gonzalez in Dr. Collins' office. She was with me right after the procedure and did a terrific job helping me navigate the post-op. I am in the service business and recognize great service when I see it. On the 1-10 scale, my experience with Dr Collins was a 12.

My visit to Dr.Collins was due to an urgent condition that I began to experience during my third trimester and he was able to see me right away for treatment. Not only did Dr. Collins and his staff ensure that I was pain free and comfortable during the whole procedure but they also made the experience a very positive one. Over the next 2 weeks the incision was barely noticeable. I couldn't have asked for a better team to assist me throughout such a vulnerable time in my pregnancy. Thank you!

Dr. Collins is the best plastic surgeon in the world! He has changed my life for the better. My results exceeded any expectation that I had regarding my face and neck lift. He took at least 15 years off my appearance and I feel like I have a second chance at life. Deloris is a fantastic assistant and made me feel very comfortable in the hospital. Dr. Collins, Deloris and staff will treat you like family as soon as you walk in the door. I highly recommend Dr Collins for any plastic surgery procedure . I couldn't be happier!!

The entire experience was excellent. Dr. Collins listened to what I wanted. I wanted a "natural improvement," and I got even more than that. The facelift not only took years off my appearance, but improved how I looked if that is even possible. The breast augmentation was perfect - size, shape, etc. I have told my friends if they ever wanted plastic surgery, there is only one physician I would recommend!

Dr. Collins was a fantastic surgeon! He is thoughtful, listens, and takes in consideration all your hopes and desires. Not only a great surgeon, but one of the best bedside manners of any doctor i have encountered. WHen we walked over to hospital for pre-op, every single person who worked with me mentioned what a great doctor he was too! That soeaks volumes of the kind of person he is too.

After two procedures with Dr. Collins, there is no doubt that he is one of the best around. Other doctors would refer to me by a number making me feel like a cog in a wheel. But Dr. Collins makes a point to sit with me, ask about my family, and check in with me before diving into any procedure. Once the scalpel is out, Dr. Collins performs with the skill of a highly experienced surgeon. He responds to the patient's physiology in real time and roots his actions in providing positive long-term outcomes.

I truly don’t know of a physician that genuinely cares more about his patients than Dr.Collins and his staff.My wife has had plastic surgery 11 years ago and again recently both by Dr. Collins and couldn’t be more pleased.Highly recommend.

Dr. Collins and his team took GREAT CARE of a dear friend of mine late Sunday evening. It was such a relief to know that she was in their hands after an accident. They were responsive (especially for a late Sunday night), professional and friendly. I can’t say enough great things about them!
