The check in process is smooth and efficient. I was greeted by Dr. Ricci's nurse, Anna, who was kind and professional. Dr. Ricci then met me in the exam room, reviewed my concerns, answered my questions, and proceeded to perform a painless and quick biopsy. He also reached out to me later that day with some normal lab results. Taken together, from the time I walked in the building (including check-in, assessment, procedure and blood draw) to the time I walked out it was under an hour. I chose him because of a referral from a friend of mine who was his colleague during training. Very grateful for this connection since, while I am certain that there are other good dermatologists in the area, I was left wanting for nothing after this visit. Just completed my second Mohrs procedure with Dr. Ricci. He, and his staff are excellent! They laid out the expectations to a "T." The after-procedure care was explained explicitly and plenty of supplies were handed to us. I can't think of how the procedure would have been any better.

The Best. Dr. Ricci & his staff care about each and every patient. Dr. Ricci removed a spot on my leg, and later that day he himself called to see how I was. The best experience with a Dr. & staff that I have had the pleasure of their care. Love this place.

Absolutely delightful Doctor!!! Down to earth, kind and knowledgeable! Big plus....he was kind to my 88 year old mom with Alzheimer's and nearly deaf step dad! He entered the room with a smile and throughout the appointment, he made us feel like family!! Now, this guy is the highest example of a DOCTOR! I can't say enough good about our experience!
