Dmitriy Buyanov

I went to Dr. Buyanov's practice, Premier Pain Management for WAY TOO LONG!!!! I only saw this man, DOCTOR once a year briefly. He is difficult to understand, poor "bedside manner" and I am SO SORRY I KEPT GOING A LONG AS I DID. RUN FROM THIS PLACE! They are DO NOT MANAGE PAIN, JUST $$$$$!!!!!

Dr. B is amazing! He is very thorough and smart. I told him I didn't want to take pain medication everyday for my chronic low back pain and he offered me a relatively new treatment, Ketamine. Its a 4 session process and after the 2nd infusion I noticed a HUGE improvement. I physically felt better and in turn I felt happier too! My family even noticed the positive impact this treatment has done for me! I trust & recommend Dr. B!

Dr Buyanov is a very competent physician. I've been his patient since approx. 2005. He takes the time to spend with his patients explaining in terms that are understandable. I'd recommend him to anyone who experiences pain from various diagnosis.

As an individual suffering from chronic pain, this facility has been a life saver. With the friendly staff, available treatments, and a pharmacy next door for convenience, I highly recommend this clinic for people suffering from pain. I also like the fact that there is a chiropractor within the facility as well.

Dr Dmitry Buyanov is a great professional. He helped me a lot with my back pain. After years of feeling pain he was the only one that knew how to help me. He is also communicating really well with his patients. I can recommend him and entire Premier Medical Team to anyone with back pain problems!

Dr. B has done a great job since I was first seen as a patient. He accurately diagnosed a problem I have had since I was 16 and I'm in my 30's now. He was strategic in planning my assessment by ordering imaging which I had never had done by any other doctor. He found the source of my problems and made me feel like I wasn't just a number. He took the time to discuss options with me and get me the treatment I needed and had needed for a long time but hadn't had before.

Dr Buyanv is always very attentive to the needs of his patients and listens to their needs, addresses any and all concerns you might have concerning your pain levels and medication!!! I have always had exceptional care . Few times I have had discomfort when having the injections. Hands down to Belinda & Regina who have always given me superior care as well. Those 2 have always taken the time to explain procedures I was having & asking if I had any questions or concerns I wanted to discuss with Dr. B. Few times I have had a little trouble in understanding Dr. B but have always felt comfortable to asking to have it repeated or explained.

Dr. B understands my issues. Would love to hear more long term prognosis information.
