High-class professional and I'm very happy with the result!

Tokar and staff are unprofessional. Went there January 17 to consult about an infected root canal needing an implant and dropped off a 3-D scan done by my endodontist; three weeks passed with no communication, despite weekly calls to determine what he saw on the scan. Office manager Michele gave me several conflicting (and snippy) answers about what happened with the scan, so on March 12 went in again. Told Tokar about the three weeks of unanswered calls; he apologized, promised he’d call after he looked at the scan, said the problem was he couldn’t open it (info he could’ve given me over the phone, and different info from the different things Michele had told me – I think she lost the scan and had to contact the endodontist’s office for another). It’s now April 23 and still no call. I’ve since gone to someone else. AVOID.

Dr Tokar removed my wisdom teeth, I felt no pain and was out of the office in 30 minutes. Great experience.

I made an appointment for wisdom teeth extraction at this office. Unfortunately, my appointment was cancelled three days prior to the procedure (which I desperately need). The receptionist told me the next appointment available is over a month from now and I made the appointment roughly three weeks ago. She did not try to help whatsoever and instead of helping me, she hung up on me. Every time I called this office, the receptionists were rude. Definitely finding another doctor.

Dr. Tokar is an excellent maxilofacial surgeon. Two members of my family used his services for a dental surgery and wisdom teeth removal. His staff took necessary care of our insurance and I never saw a single bill from his office. We were in pain and he kindly accepted us on a short notice. I also had seeing him in his Forest Hill office. His office staff were very kind in scheduling CAT scans for my nose area before performing a surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Tokar and his office.
