Dr Petrone is the best doctor I have ever had. She truly cares about her patients.

Best Doctor I’ve ever had!She has gone over&beyond to help find medications&other Doctors to help with some rare auto immune diseases I have.She’s a awesome rheumatologist&helps me with my RA&Fibromyalgia&other health issues.

Dr. Petrone's practice shows a lack of follow-up and poor communication with potential new patients. I followed Dr. Petrone's requirements of having primary care provider (PCP) fax medical records, twice. Staff stated "not received"with each follow-up call. My PCP verified fax was sent "OK" each time. My last call was managed rudely and showed a lack of caring. I have a rare form of arthritis called erosive inflammatory OA. It is not like normal OA. The joints in my fingers and feet deformed at an exceedingly rapid rate and inflammation made this arthritis very painful. I was a patient of Dr. Petrone for several years, after my first doctor at the Arthritis Center retired. She carried on and I was very pleased with her expertise, compassion, and pleasing personality. I would highly recommend her! I live now in SC, so no longer see Dr. Petrone.

I saw Dr. Petrone,on 09/28/16 as a new patient. Dr. Petrone, and her assistant was very pleasant. Dr. Petrone, was vey compassionate and genuine. She was determined in getting me answers to my complaints . I was very impressed that she had an answer for me within 24 hours. An addition to Dr. Petrone, making a diagnosed she made some referral appointment on my behalf. My appoint was scheduled for 9:45 a.m. after completing the new patients package, things moved very quickly. No waiting..

I waited 4 hrs just in the patient room. Her helper came in & out and ask questions but I was never sure if she was pa or what; she just said she was helping her. Dr Patrone came in and literally spent maybe 5 min with me. I thought I was there to talk with the specialist and get to explain how I felt but it was obvious they were both ready to get out of there, since I was the last patient. Also, the whole place was old and everything looked old as the carpet was worn out and it looked dirty.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Petrone for some years now and we have never had a reason to complain about her care. She is compassionate, listens to us during our visits and takes what we say in consideration. I can see why she was voted the Metroplex's #1 arthritis doctor by D magazine.
