I did not feel like I was listened to this time. Also, I do not think there was a whole coverage of care and link with my current health problems. Dr. Wong explains things in a very easy way to understand.

I was completely satisfied with my experience with Dr. Wong and her staff. I have already made two referrals to her services.

This is the first time I saw Dr Wong she was very good

It was a great appointment, I was in and out of my well women's check up, all of my questions were answered and I really appreciated that I wasn't told to go on birth control to relieve menopausal issues.

This was my first visit to Dr Wong and I left feeling very good-she listened to me and provided a solution to my problem. All the office staff were extremely nice and professional.

Diana Wong has been on top of communications with me whenever Ive reached out with a question. She Is prompt and also takes her time when it's necessary to do so. She's present and attentive to all concerns expressed .

Dr. Wong was kind and pleasant. She listened to me and did not seem to be in a hurry.

Everything's wonderful

I felt that the doctor was not easy to talk to. She came off kind of snappy and I did not feel comfortable speaking with her about my concerns. She was able to provide a possible solution for my problem. I appreciate that aspect of the appointment but I will definitely be looking for a different OBGYN for any future visits.

Love the doctor and staff

Dr. Wong & the staff were all very sweet and comforting! Dr. Wong answered all my questions and she walked me through my Pap smear which made me feel less nervous and more comfortable. I will def be seeing her again for follow up appointments :)

Worst doctor I have ever had. She's so disrespectful and rude. Made me feel stupid. After 1 month of my C-section and feeling a lot of pain, she couldn't tell me anything, she just said to get an ultrasound and to get checked with my general doctor as it doesn't pertain to her anymore. I proceeded to ask her "but is everything okay?" and she said " I just told you you need to get an ultrasound" she then left the office without saying goodbye and left me there speechless. Please do yourself a favor, do not go with her.

I used to see her and she was rude over the phone and so so in person. I called to talk to a dr urgently Bc of a problem after surgery and when she called back she was rude and short. She told me my personal dr has to call me which I get but since I was really struggling I asked another question Bc my dr hasn’t called back in two days so I couldn’t wait too much longer as I was sick and dr Wong literally just hung up on me. I’m in so much pain I jus started crying. If you don’t want to be a dr and help people then you shouldn’t.

She may have knowledge but she is not professional. As a OB she needs to be more careful and caring and she is not. She also needs to be more sensitive to cultural issues and she is not. Overall, I would not recommend her as a OB. She is careless.

I was very careful to choose a new GYN (my previous retired after 22 years as her patient) and Dr Wong was the perfect choice. I brought previous documents and chart which she carefully reviewed and this put me at ease. I liked her right away what more can I say...I am have complete trust in Tarzana Providence Cedars Hospital of which she is affiliated as I do in Facey Group (super easy MY Chart log in an get results, appts, payment and more online. She has been my OBGYN for years. I switched to another OBGYN for a few years because of easier location availability and decided to go back to Dr. Wong. The other doctor never even seen me and was only treated by the nurse practitioner and I have PPO. Dr. Wong is one of the best and really knowledgeable and care for the patient. She had found some abnormality in my test early on and suggest to watch it. And when I switch OBGYN, they never even address the issue. When I switch back to Dr. Wong, she tells me the problem is still there and we need to do a biopsy to make sure it is not an issue that may lead to cancer. Thank goodness I switch back. I highly recommend her.

Does not screen patient or worry about possible preeclampsia until it’s too late I almost had a stroke. Always rush to see me at my appointment, does not recall what the last plan of care was with patient

Diana Wong can be very disrespectful. No patient deserves such treatment. Relatedly, she can be dismissive, which in my case lead to a terrible oversight and misdiagnosis. If you care about your health, keep looking..

I've been seeing Dr. Wong for over a decade. I moved and went to some other doctors who were closer, but they were all way too rushed all the time, the office waits were exceedingly long and they just didn't have the bedside manner that Dr. Wong has. So now I travel 45 minutes each way to see her because I feel safe with and trust her, and the wait times are always reasonable.
