Excellent. Dr. Trister is well informed and has been very helpful treating me. Referrals have been set up quickly and response time has also been excellent. I have been to the practice for both emergency visits, illness and overall for the past few years. I would recommend both Dr. Tristers.

horrible. Ignores blood test results, very neglectful and inexperienced. I had a raging UTI clearly indicated by the urinalysis results, she was looking right at this, said everything was normal. I ended up having to go into the ER, with excruciating pain in my lower back/kidney area, came very close to kidney damage! I'm still not right. I wouldn't bring my CAT to her! very rude at times ; at one point,I had to wipe my glasses while she was speaking to me and she said, "are you listening to me?!" Never again.

Went to Dr Trister with severe spinal stenosis affecting my balance, knee, dexterity, and severe pain. Her solution was go swimming. No pain medication other than tramadol 50mg. Now mind you I had an MRI in hand showing my medical condition. Insisted on a new MRI and referral to a surgeon. I got both with ALOT of attitude. Received the new MRI back which showed my condition had worsened, still no pain medication. Listen I'm well aware of the opioid epidemic. However when you have proof. NO

Was scheduled for the alternate location at Winthrop St, and was very unimpressed by the office. Everyone was perfectly friendly, but the office smelled and appeared somewhat dirty. I happened to mention a medical concern during my physical, and was unfortunately billed for a routine physical AND an office visit. After calling my insurance company, I understand this is legal, although many offices choose not to follow this practice of billing twice for the same period of time.
