I had an extremely positive experience at Dr. Lins office. I felt allot better about my upcoming cancer Treatment than I had felt on my way there not knowing what to expect. Both him & his staff were as compassionate as could be towards me & I left there feeling allot better than I've felt in months.

I am a current patient of Dr. Lin’s. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Lin and his staff. I had my oral cancer tumor removed by Dr. Lin and looked after by his surgical staff. If I were to do everything all over again, I would choose Dr. Lin again but sooner.

Dr.Lin was so personal, great listner and empathetic to all my concerns in such a scary time when I was diagnosed with a parotid tumor. He explained everything clear and precise and eased all my fears.. Surgery went amazing and no facial paralysis. He is my new HERO. Blythe is his PA who I have had the pleasure to meet and she is also phenomenal and cares so much about her patient. His office staff and especially Liz is also so caring and wonderful. I am forever blessed and grateful for Dr. Lin, Blythe, and his entire staff at Mass Eye and Ear. They are the best in the world. It’s so worth the 2 hour drive from Connecticut. Also the anesthesiologist and the nurses on the day of my surgery at Mass Eye and Ear were extraordinary.

Dr Lin is very well regarded at Mass General which is ther goild standard in the Northeast if not the country. Parking garage is about a block away from the main entrance, Everyone on staff was outstanding and caring,

His view about my case were very promising to find out the root of my illness.

Hit the jackpot with Dr Lin.. what a fantastic Dr. caring and so knowledgeable.. keeps you informed and calm .. office staff are great and have it all together. Thank you for taking great care of me .. 5stars is not enough ..

I have been receiving care from Dr Lin for about 5 years and it has always been excellent , thorough and courteous care.

I originally had an appointment with a different doctor but after he reviewed my records he sent me upstairs to Dr Lin. As soon as I got up there they took me right in. I met Blythe Brochu his PA and she was wonderful. She explained everything to me and my sister so we can understand it. The Dr. Lin met with us, and he was a dream. I felt so comfortable with him. He too, explained everything thoroughly. I am so thankful since I had been to other doctors in CT and drove to Boston to see the best! I was a great experience and I left there feeling good. I see Dr. Derrick Lin in Mass eye and ear in Boston. This is the first time I have met such a powerful doctor, doctorate, and director. People are very nice and professional. Waited three weeks at other hospital and couldn't get me an appointment for a nodule needle biopsy. Here Dr. Lin arranged it for a few days. This is a testament to their respect and care for the lives of our patients. The doctors and staff in this hospital are very nice, professional and polite.I am so lucky to have such a good doctor and hospital. I seem to see tomorrow's sun again. The team of doctors are the very best there is. I've been a patient there for 7 years and my care had always been perfect. It doesn't get any better than this for head and neck cancer.

Dr. Lin did some surgery in February, 2021, and I have seen him twice since as he evaluates progress. He reviews labs, checks the area physically, and we talk about medications, progress, prognosis, and future sessions. He's always easy to talk to, provides clear honest answers, and has a great sense of humor. I can't speak more favorably about Dr. Lin.

Always a pleasure to see Dr Lin. He is professional, courteous and efficient. He and his staff are among the very best of health care.

I've been here many times for other reasons. For those of us who need care they are the best anywhere.

DR Lin is great, he has always been friendly and very knowledgeable, He listens to what you have to say and explains things in a way that you can understand them. I couldn't have found a better Head and Neck Oncologist.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Lin. He is caring and compassionate, and I would not consider going to any other doctor to handle all the situations I have experienced over the years.

Dr. Lin is great. He is confident and reassuring - and did a great job with my facial surgery. You can hardly see the scar. Great follow up - he is interested and engaging. Great guy.

There's a reason why Dr. Lin is at the top of his field. Not only is he an excellent surgeon, he has a great sense of empathy. I've been a patient of Dr. Lin since 2013. I feel VERY FORTUNATE to have ended up in his care. He's an extremely competent surgeon and doctor. He has my complete trust that he and his staff are looking after my best interests above all else.

Excellent doctor and staff very professional and courteous everytime I have concerns with my health he immediately orders tests that on the majority of times are done the same day

Dr Lin is an extremely skilled cancer surgeon who cares very much for his patients. He is incredibly empathetic. When you have any problem, he and his staff work very hard and quickly to resolve it ASAP. He is awesome!!!

Love Dr Lin. He was recommended by the best resource, my brother who is also a head and neck surgeon at Mass Eye and Ear. He is thorough, compassionate and above all an exceptional surgeon. Dr. Lin is a highly skilled and compassionate surgeon who treated my wife ‘s head and neck cancer. He is gentle and soft-spoken, but he gets the job done with great technical skill and he is great on follow-ups.

Took only 1 week to get an appoint with Dr Lin. Parking was easy and they have Valet services if u want. Dr Lin was very kind and explained the treatment plan in lay mans terms.
