Love Dr Pipher and his front office team. I spent years of my life there - sadly - but they made it a wonderful experience. I would not go anywhere else for root canals or implants.

Extremely professional group with outstanding support staff and technicians. Always on time with superior results. I have been a client for well over 10+ years and wouldn’t consider any other team. Doctor is highly skilled, extremely competent, state of the art, and has a fabulous bed side manner. 5 star operation!

Professional, pleasant, in my case about a half-hour. One day later: no discomfort. At age 78, I've had my share of root canals. This canal was smooth sailing!

No one looks forward to root canals but after having my first one done by Dr. Pipher, it seemed even less intrusive than a standard cavity filling. He is incredibly calm, precise, and communicates what he is doing throughout the appointment. I had only slight gum tenderness for 24hrs but zero pain from start to finish. Dr Pipher was amazing as was his entire staff. I never thought I would be rating a root canal but here I am. Five stars doesn’t even say enough. I may have joked with the staff before leaving today bu saying that the root canal performed by Dr.Pipher was less painful than going to Stew Leonard’s the day before Thanksgiving. Dr. Pipher is amazing. It was my first time getting a root canal done, so I was SUPER nervous. I had bad experiences with a previous dentist, so I informed him that I was feeling extremely uneasy about the whole procedure... even getting the novocaine at the beginning. He reassured me that everything would be done to keep me comfortable. The dental assistant who was in the room during the root canal also was extremely nice and reassured me of the same thing. During the procedure I felt zero pain. There was one time that I felt something very very slight, and I told Dr. Pipher that I wasn't even sure if it was actually something I felt or if it was all in my head, but he gave me more novocaine without any hesitation. Although the procedure was quite lengthy, Dr. Pipher made sure I never went too long without administering more novocaine to ensure that I felt absolutely nothing. I give him TWO THUMBS UP for not only calming my nerves from the very beginning, but also doing an excellent job in making me feel relaxed, comfortable, and safe throughout the entire procedure. I was nervous walking into Dr Piphers office but he immediately put me at ease with his calm demeanor and easy going conversation. Also I walked in when he was ready to leave and he made me feel like I was his first patient. He quickly alleviated my pain and I went home pain free and stayed that way. The next visit went exactly like the first— he is so calming and goes about his work quickly explaining as he works. The office is immaculate and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Doctor Pipher is an amazing doctor! I highly recommend him. Everything was done very professionally and the quality of work was excellent. He listened to our concerns and was easy to talk to. He also cares about his patients, making sure to check up on you to see that all is going well. Thank Heaven for Dr Pipher ! I said this 12 years ago when he saved a tooth when 3 other dentists wanted to pull it!! He is a miracle worker !!! He goes the extra mile to think about what he has to do before he does it!! And it’s why there was no doubt I would visit him again this past week to ask him to rescue me again for an abscessed old root canal that needed a re-do! Dr Pipher is truly an expert and root canal artist. I have had two root canals done here and both were flawless. He has a great personality, he and his staff makes you feel comfortable and welcome.

Dr. Pipher is just the best there is. Not only his technique, but also his mannerisms. I've had 3 root canals with him to date and they were all successful. I wouldn't go to anyone else unless I had no choice. His staff is great as well. They go out of their way for the patient. Lovely office too.

You won't find a more patient, more thorough, more compassionate or more skilled professional in any medical or other field. If he had other specialties, I'd go to him for those, too - - this from a highly dental-phobic patient.

I am an extreme chicken when it comes to all things dental. I had never had a root canal before and was absolutely terrified of the prospect of having one... to the point where I was considering getting the tooth pulled, against the advice of everyone I consulted. I had a consult with an endodontist in another town who asked me what I was afraid of and then proceeded to tip me upside down in the chair like a bat so that I knew what I was getting into. As the blood rushed to my head, all I could think of was "NO WAY!!!!" But at the advice of a friend and a local oral surgeon's office, I decided to have a consult with Dr. Pipher before running for the hills. I cannot begin to express how wonderful Dr. Pipher was. From the very first moment in that consultation, he put me at ease. He appealled to my engineering background and explained to me with very sound logic exactly why I needed a root canal and should not get the tooth pulled... and he insisted that he would ensure that I would not be in any pain. Just listening to this man, reading his other client reviews, and knowing he's done something like 30,000 root canals gave me a great feeling of confidence in him. I knew if anyone could get me through this, he could. I went for the first appointment, still very nervous because I had been in excruciating pain with the tooth before, but much to my shock and amazement, I survived that first appointment without even the slightest twinge of pain! I didn't even feel the novocaine injections, and I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Pipher has a great way of putting a chicken like me at ease, and he is extremely professional and skilled in his field. This morning I went back for round 2, and even he was amazed at how much more relaxed I was. He joked with me that I must have taken something to premedicate myself, but the truth is I did not... what enabled me to relax and do so well today is simply his own skill and the trust I had in him after the first half of the root canal. I actually have mixed reviews. The atmosphere was great as illustrated by prior reviews. The location of the facilities was great as well. The doctor being a pain free doctor was fantastic. Now, Customer service, "wasn't great at all". It wasn't poor but it was no more than fair. My initial appointment was at 1pm , I arrived 15 minutes early so that I could fill out the paperwork and be ready by 1pm. I finished the paperwork by 1:03pm and sat in the waiting area for an additional 20 minutes, Then they finally moved me to the procedures room which I just sat in there for another 35 minutes with no doctor interaction??? Needless to say the doctor finally came in at 2:05pm and barely said hello, placed novicane on my gum line and walked out. 10 minutes later he returns to give me novicane and leaves again for another 10 minutes. Needless to say I didn't depart from that office until a little after 3pm without even 1 person giving a courtesy "sorry for the constant delays??". Well my root canal was finished on 4/18 Tuesday, by Saturday 4/22 a portion of my tooth "landed" on my tongue after eating a Lays potato chip??. I called this doctors office on Monday to let them know what happened to see if they were willing or even cared to fix it and the rude receptionist said, "quote unquote, that chipped tooth has nothing to do with us contact your regular dentist". A terrible thing to say to a customer who just spent over 2K with you for a root canal. I wish all doctors were like him! I highly recommend him! I am 52 years old, I have been seeing him since 2008.I used to be so scared and so uptight going to get dental work done not anymore! DR Pipher is the only doctor I will see for my Dental needs. DR Pipher is the only doctor I know who goes above and beyond the call of duty! He has so much empathy and compassion for his patients! All I can say is I wish we had more devoted doctors like him!
