What a compassionate, kind, and friendly doctor!! Staff was prompt and friendly! He listened to all my concerns with empathy, explained all my options to me in a way I could understand, and truly cared about my health and well-being. I wish I could give 10 stars, he's that good!

Dr. BassettI is wonderful. Takes his time and explains everything. His staff is very personable and helpful. We are fortunate to have Dr. BassettI in our area.

I was very impressed with his patience. He took his time and put it in words so I really understood what he was saying. He put you at ease and invited my questions. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Bassetti treated me very poorly. He spends more time on the computer than diagnosing you. Not a good doctor. He is a waste of time and money.

Dr. Bassetti has been my Pulmonary Doctor for many years. It is a pleasure to go to this office and be greeted by his staff, they are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Bassetti is aways very interested in what you have to say about your condition and discusses it with you, you have no questions when you leave. Dr. Bassetti is very caring and he talks to you and listens to you, which is rare.

I am not a patient of Dr. Basetti. However I am a caretaker for of of his patient. I am the one who found this doctor's office for him. I usually bring him to his visits. When I can't my wife does. I now find myself waiting in the car because of a few different incidents. The first one was while waiting in the waiting room I received a phone call and was unintentionally too loud on the phone (because of a hearing problem) the doctors wife very rudely came out and kicked me out embarrassing me in front of a crowded waiting room. The second two indecents were a very sad error on the part of the staff. The doctor shorted the prescription that they usually give him. He is prescribed pain medicine for a back surgery he had. By the time we figured out they made a mistake (with no help from them) he was already out of one of his medications. They shorted a third of one of his prescriptions and still directed him to take three times a day instead of two a day. For some reason they wrote him 3 months of prescriptions at a time. 2 months had been written the way it usually was and one month was shorted. The patient I am talking about is 72 years of age and he takes Morphine. A Drug with serious withdrawal. When calling the office, the girl in the office said she shouldn't have taken his other pain medicine to make up for it and sure was very short and rather rude with me. Saying we can't do anything for you. Another 3 months goes buy and the same thing happens again. When I call again we got the same treatment. I believe thisis patient neglect. They copy and pasted the same three prescriptions again. Twice I watched him withdraw from his medications. Both times resulting in a hospital stay. When he returned to his doctor after the second indecent they told him he couldn't be seen until his outstanding bill from his doctor was paid (from the visit in the hospital) once again leaving him in a bind. Today Another incident yet again. He had an outstanding bill of $15 dollars they refused to see him if it was unpaid. This place is very very unprofessional. The reason I'm writing this complaint is because he doesn't know how to use the internet. I am so afraid off him passing away over this. In thought I wonder how many other seniors are being treated this way and don't have someone to advocate for them. I am not a patient of Dr. Basetti. However I am a caretaker for of of his patient. When the receptionist answered I gave her my name and advised that I had been sick for two weeks and had used the last Z pack that I had. Advised her my date of birth 3 times, and I told her I needed to see the dr to shake this cold, her response, can you come in on the 15th? Most of the staff are very nice, helpful, most. I did have a bit of a wait time (over 30 minutes) but for a good doctor that takes their time for me i don't mind, and Dr. Bassetti did just that. He was very thorough, caring and really listened to me. I am very pleased and would recommend him.
