If she is sick and has constant emergencies, it is time for her to retire. HMO companies, take notice. Dr.Griffin is great BUT her office staff is TERRIBLE AND RUDE!!! I had to quit going over her staff it's a shame that a great Dr. Refuses to clean house with terrible staff!

The doctor is very good but all employees are very rude. It is sad that the doctor does not realize that her employees are making patients change doctors because it is impossible to talk to them. The receptionist is aggressive and bad manners and she is the first to receive the patient, very bad image!!! I'm afraid to talk on the phone is a nightmare... The office staff are rude and not at all accommodating. Most appointments are scheduled 3-4 months out and then you receive a call the day before to cancel and reschedule for 3 more months. The doctor is great but the office staff is unbearable.

Love Dr. Griffin because she is attentive, knowledgeable and thorough.

Dr Griffin is great. That is, if you can ever get through on the phone. I am currently sitting on hold, this is the 3rd time I've called in the last half hour. No one is answering the phone. I need to speak to someone right away, the message says "your call is very important to us... please wait for the next available agent or press 0 to leave a message." So, after waiting 5 mins I tried the 0 option. I got hung up on. Not able to leave a message. Apparently calls are NOT important to them.

Dr. Griffin is amazing. She is unlike most doctors who fail to take the time to listen to the patient as well as take the time to explain in detail your diagnosis and prognosis. Although I was not trilled with the results of my tests and the resulting diagnosis, I had great comfort in knowing that all my options had been explained and considered. It is clear that she cares about her patients, in addition to her knowledge and expertise.

Although Dr Griffin is thorough, knowledgeable and effective, her office staff negatively outweighs all the good she does. Office staff is too small and are rude and unhelpful.

Worst front office staff I have ever experienced. They are rude short minded and do not put patients first nor treat them with any respect. I worked in the medical field for about 6 yrs before I became ill. And never would I make a patient feel the way that office made me feel.

This office staff is possibly the rudest and most inconsiderate staff I have ever experienced. I work in the medical field for over five years until I became ill, and I never ever would think that people could be so nasty short minded and not care especially working in health care. Shame on your staff!!
