Denise Chevalier

Denise Cavalier MD has no respect for her patients time nor their appointment time and didn’t even bother to apologize for being over 20 minutes late. She is rude and doesn’t care about time management. I do not recommend her practice. Stay away. Thanks ????

Dr Chevalier and her staff have incredible bedside manners. They are so hospitable and welcoming. I actually felt for once that a provider cared about my well-being.

The gentleman and young lady in the front desk are great. The Doctor is great. But the older woman who handles appointments at the front desk has a nasty attitude. She is unprofessional and unapologetic. She messed up my first appointment. Didn't even book it. Didn't apologize. Minor thing I can overlook. But the issue was her calling about my bill. Had no idea my insurance didn't cover the entire cost. But when she calls to tell me "you got a huge bill with us". (Unprofessional). I'm at work and can not discuss. When I'll look into it at later time because I want to call my insurance to find out what happened She says "so you can't make a payment." I said not at this time. She goes to remind me that they provided me a service and that money is owed. Excuse me!?! It's time to move her to the back of the office. She is extremely unprofessional. Ms. Denise saved my life. Was having one of the worse colds I've ever experienced, and she took time to understand what was causing my symptoms. Once we found out it was my allergies, she prescribed meds and it went right away. Would definitely recommend her services.

I recently started going to Dr. Chevalier’s office and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. It was recommended that I get allergy shots, and the nurse Paige is the best! All the staff is very friendly and my visits to the office are always pleasant.

I've been a patient over 10 years in both the DC and Maryland locations. Dr. Chevalier and her staff are always courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She takes time to explain her diagnosis and treatment and answers all your questions.

Don't bother. Complains when asked to fill out slip to return to work. And still has not pinpointed what is causing a allergic reaction, have been going to her for a fews years now. But time for a change.
