Good. She was very professional

The worst experience ever. I have a pinched nerve in my neck, colossal head pain, neck and lower back pain, but she refused to get me help.

I am very surprised to see the negative ratings for Dr. Frances. I've seen her for the last three years and she has been very responsive even when covid19 was at its peak. When I email Dr. Francis she responds promptly. I have several friends that are physicians. Many physicians expertise far outway their bedside manner.

I saw Dr. Francis for a telehealth visit to refill medications. According to Kaiser, a new patient has to have a visit with a doctor before refilling prescriptions. Both my husband and I did telehealth visits with Dr. Francis. Only when the bill came, I was charged almost double for my visit. We both sat in on each other's visits. He was treated with care and concern, and charged half. I was treated coldly and charged nearly double. I guess she doesn't like women. Or she really liked my husband's company, but we found her to be incredibly unprofessional on the call, and the bill reflected her "feelings" versus her duty as a professional physician. I would never recommend her to anyone. Steer clear.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in 60 years with a doctor. She made an inaccurate diagnosis and put incorrect information in my file based on no data and conjecture. She also gave me a lecture On her in accurate diagnosis was both unwarranted and unwelcome. In my experience which includes serving as a patient advocate for over 40 years, Her use of her medical power seems discriminatory. it will likely Impact my insurance for the rest of my life. Coincidentally, i know of two other Atlanta circumstances with men who fit my demographic profile where she has done the same thing. Run away from Dr. Francis. Go to any other Kaiser center. I only provided a 1 star because there wasn't a lesser option. I would give zero star as Dr. Francis rating. Her lack of bedside manner is unacceptable. She does not know how to communicate with patients and their families. She is very dismissive and does not follow up on patient concern. Her attitude is also disheartening. How did she receive a medical degree? Very disappointing doctor.

One of kaiser's best doctors, attentive and have great concern about the health and fitness of her patient, my doctor since 2015.

Unexceptable! Have left several messages requesting results from chest xray to determine if I have pneumonia. That was five days ago. Horrible messaging service! Zero standard of care. No excuse Dr. Framcis!

Giving Dr. Francis to balance out the bad review, because I felt her to be quite the opposite. The only reason I would have given any kind of 4 star is due to the wait time, it was longer than it should have been, but I also understand that sometimes happens when a doctor does not rush a patient with a list of questions or one that needs following up. She heard me out on all my issues, re-prescribed my Rx's without issues after talking about it and followed up with me to discuss my tests and her recommendations even though I was trying to rush away. overall a good experience. Poor communication, wouldn't re-prescribe medication from my previous doctor, didn't seem to care about me as a patient at all. I've had 5+ doctors in the past and she can't even compete in the same league as the worst of them.
