Delton W Young

Delton Young should have stopped practicing decades ago. He supposedly testifies in many trials and yet kept trying to read from his personal notes before they had been admitted into evidence. The judge was so annoyed with him for continuing to do this after several warnings. Then he took his pen and started marking on the exhibits. He was an embarrassment of a witness on direct examination for the defense. He then was eviscerated by the prosecution on cross examination. He interviewed the defendant 5 times but never once recorded the interviews. He said that transcribing the audio was too expensive and he took good notes. But his note taking was clearly lacking per the questions he was unable to answer. He claimed the defendant had auditory hallucinations, but failed to ask the defendant about talking to himself in the hours of police interview footage. The defendant lied to him about the crime in the first 4 interviews but Delton Young decided to accept the 5th version of events despite glaring inconsistencies with the crime. Delton Young sat on the stand and repeated the killer's lies about the murder victim - slandering a kind and beloved woman in front of her family and friends in the court room. He said the defendant had his ability to premeditate impaired because of autism and depression and anxiety. That is an insult to everyone in the autism spectrum. Delton Young is a bumbling idiot with no moral compass and like an old man unsafe on the road, his license and keys should be taken away.
