Perfect diagnosis, listens patiently till you finish telling your problems

This was a pick I knew would be mediocre but was in need of a doctor. It was even worse. I came for an annual visit and left paying hundreds for routine lab work, which mind you is covered 100% by insurance. This physician marked medical codes that were irrelevant to the labs which in turn had insurance deny coverage. Not to mention when asked to speak to medical billing to have corrected not only did they get me to someone (Gracie) who was irrelevant and not medical billing but then informed me the doctor does the coding. This doctor was well aware of my issue and not at one point actually said let me help and fix this. I ended up paying the money because you cannot find one person there to do the right thing. I also had a uti and was allergic to many medications and the one in which she prescribed was on back order 2 wks. I informed her and she said she really wants me on that specific one. Really!!!! I’m supposed to suffer. If you can’t find something else you should rethink your position . Too many things have been an issue for one wellness call. Go anywhere else. I promise if it isn’t Will at the front who is new and knows minimal it will be the physician, billing, someone… You have been warned. Wish I would have listened to the reviews.

Dr Chintala has been my primary care physician for the past 6 years and she is the best PCP I have ever had. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Chintala, her PA Jessica and her office. Great service, always a caring heart and very diligent. Look no further this should be your lifetime physician.

From the first day there have been sooo many inefficiencies. I was not told I will be seeing a nurse practitioner. I wanted to see the doctor. They put my labs toward quest when my insurance wanted labcorp. The np was complaining of how difficult it would be for them to obtain records of my previous labs from labcorp. I told the front office on day #1 that I had the labs done with the referring doctor I don’t understand why they had to wait until after my first appointment to get results. They took 3-4 weeks to set up a treatment because the np who I did not see sent in a prescription without checking with my insurance on what is covered. When I checked with my insurance there was a similar medication that was covered. . You can’t call their billing office between the usual 9-5 because it’s outsourced. When I did end up reaching them they did not have the info I provided the front desk. The doctor herself- I feel like she just knows how to keep throwing medicines at you without fully listening or even trying to research my condition. I don’t want to continue my care with them. I recently happened to find this doctor and scheduled an appointment. On the day of my visit I was seen by an RN and the doctor walked in after awhile just to say hi and she didn't even care to do any screen or examine any as part of my annual physicals. My main reason for the visit was my thyroid levels, deepa chintala didn't even talk anything about my health during my visit, its all with only the registered nurse. I kind of compromised being seen by an RN instead of the so called physician. Later day I have given my labs in their facility and the most pathetic thing is Deepa chaintala office told me they would call me for my lab results review ,The irresponsible physician or the team did not even care to give me a call on my lab reporting even after couple of weeks and I tried calling them multiple times left voice messages and they give a call back at 4:45 and if I miss the call due to my work and call them back it would go to voice mail. And this sheer irresponsible doctor when i call back the office for 6th time, she says i would have left a message , where in she didn't even care all my earlier calls and messages. And the wierdest thing is she ask me the health details now which show how she is ... relaly so bad on her that she didn't even care to see my case sheet or notes that the RN got from me. On top says your thyroid levels are so high , how in the world a physician would be so irresponsible when she knows the patients thyroid levels are elevated and needs to be on medication...she doesn't even care to know the patient in the first place and then her irresponsibility and carelessness keeps the patients at risks. NEVER FALL FOR THE FAKE PAID REVIEWS!!! i got fooled by those google reviews!! she is just a doctor who charges for physician visit and doesn't even care their health!! I have never seen such a irresponsible doctor and office!!

I'm trying to understand how they have all 5 stars reviews, I don't believe this is real. They aren't professional and I'll be using another Doctor instead of Dr Chintala.

Everything went well. Dr D Chintala took time to listen what my problem is and answered all my questions.

I had my first appmt w/Dr Chintala recently and was very impressed with her and her staff. Dr. Chintala is very caring, knowledgeable, and has a wonderful demeanor. The front receptionist and the phlebotomist that I interacted with were both very courteous and efficient, and the office.is very prompt about referral requests.

I really like Dr. Chintala AND her staff! I cant see her right now due to insurance changes, but will be going back as soon as I can. She is very thorough and she cares. She is busy, but there's never a long wait. Definitely worth giving her a try!

Both me and my husband have been patients of Dr. Chintala for several years. She is personable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We have enjoyed going to her for our medical needs and feel we are in great hands. Jessica, the PA, is fabulous as well!

Dr. Chintala has been my regular internist for about three years now, and I can't say enough about how good she is. She is extremely knowledgeable, has a wonderful manner with patients, she is always willing to go the extra mile when you need her, and she is a delightful person. She just treated me for a sinus infection, and I could not have been better cared for. She came to my car to do a COVID test and a strep test, so that someone in the waiting room might not get sick. Then, a week later, she repeated the COVID and another test the same way - at my car. I have often asked her about different symptoms and issues, and she takes a great amount of care in responding. I have never had a better doctor.

Dr Deepa is a great doc and her staff is very friendly too. She is very detail oriented, flexible with her appointments, cares for her patients and always ready to answer any questions we have. Would highly recommend her to anyone!!

I took my father to Dr. Deepa. She meticulously went through my father's entire previous medical history and listened to whatever we had to say. She very clearly explained the medications and kind of treatments we had to follow. Overall, It was really a pleasant experience, office staff were very professional and friendly.

Dr. Chintala has been our primary physician for the last 3 years, She is very detailed oriented, gives necessary advice, and follows up routinely on any check up pending to be done. The office staffs are amazing and friendly. Entire staff makes it feel like a family than a regular doctors visit.

Dr Chintala and her staff Jessica and Gracie are professional but very friendly and approachable. They are easily reachable and take time to talk to you alleviate your anxiety.

I usually feel like a money machine with doctors, but with Dr Chintala, I know she cares, she listens, she gives me time for questions, she calls with test results, she is the doctor you want to go to. The staff is so helpful and nice. I usually take a book because I know I will have a couple chapters read by the time I leave the Dr's office. They are very caring they always have a positive attitude. Dr.Chintala really does care about you and your health. She likes to take her time with you, and explains everything in a way that is understandable. Her nurse assistant is also great! 10/10 recommend.

I just had the most amazing experience at North Texas Medical Clinic. My husband was a first time patient and we couldn't have been more impressed. We met with Jessica and she was the most patient, accommodating, knowledgeable health professional we have ever seen. Her bedside manner was amazing and it was obvious in the first 5 minutes that she connects with her patients and truly cares. We spent a lot of time going over health history and current medications and never once did we feel rushed. She was focused on listening and asking questions to make sure she gave us the best care possible. She is truly one of the most understanding, patient people I've ever met. This office came highly recommended to me by 3 people and I can see why. Besides all of the above, she found the one of the sources of my husband's problem and he'll be on his way to feeling better soon. She just made me and my husband patients for life! I absolutely love Dr. Chintala. I saw her as a new patient with a fairly complicated medical history. Previous physicians tended to dismiss symptoms or rush through my appointment. She is compassionate, smart, and very thorough. She asked questions and actually listened to my answers. Her "bedside manner" is amazing - I felt like I was talking to a friend. I really feel that I'll finally get to the root of my medical issues, which is a huge deal to me. Also, her office is beautiful and clean, the staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Chintola is a wonderful doctor who genuinely cares for her patients! Very clean and professional office with great follow up care. I would recommend her to any of my friends.

I was with village health for 3 years till I had severe abdomen pain on one Fri. Visited my doctor who was nice but their on call response over weekend was pathetic. No one approached with CT scan results and of course I couldn't get hold of doctor, just was transferred again and again. Thats when I said enough and decided to switch. Unfortunately, that pain reoccurred and this time I tried another doctor and thank god I did. Dr. Deepa's staff and Dr. were amazing, she took me in immediately, examined well gave me immediate treatment. Made arrangements for CT scan and called without delay after with results. She followed up during weekend herself and multiple times after. I have been looking for approachable doctor for quite some time for myself and my wife and believe I have found one. I had instances where my wife's PCP or OB-GYN called her to their office to inform about test results and charged copay and insurance again.
