Very unorganized. They never call back, they lose records, and the location is a pain. The Doctor just felt cold personality. I hate this office.

We have been going here for 7 years & the staff is fantastic! We love Kid Care West so much.

My children have been seeing Dr. Parsons for over 7 years now. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Great staff.

Dr. Parsons has been a fantastic pediatrician to my 3 children. She is a patient, compassionate physician who sincerely knows her patients and their health care needs. My twins had significant health challenges and she provided excellent, thoughtful care and follow-up for their first 3 years of uncertainty! Now as teenagers, she puts them at ease to ask questions and is thoughtful in her responses. Also provides medically-based advice to them on appropriate social and electronic habits.
