Unacceptable, unprofessional two hour wait from appointment to consultation. If I showed up two hours late, you'd rightly charge me for your time. A 30-40 minute allergy test turned into even more excessive delays, wasting nearly four hours of our day. Inattention and delayed response contributed to "inconclusive" testing, making the entire visit pointless. If the practice can't handle their clients, cancel and reschedule appointments. It's totally superficial, but the lobby resembled the janky interior of a methadone clinic and the office was a nonsensical maze. Staff are pleasant and apologetic, but I'd never return. My home is a five minute drive to this office, but I'd sooner travel 45 minutes to Cranberry or an hour to Pittsburgh. Honestly, I'd probably even same myself time if I did. Phenomenal doctor, highly knowledgeable and I would not recommend going anywhere else .
