Dr. Bergfeld is awesome. She knows her stuff and is quick to help you find solutions to your health problems. She is extremely through and has an excellent bedside manner. She is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. Highly recommend!
Wrong diagnosis per shoulder doctor after viewing MRI
Dr. Bergfeld was great in person, taking time to listen, examine me in various ways, and sharing her thoughts on possible diagnoses. However, once I wasn't face to face, my experience changed for the worse. It took 9 days to get a call regarding a foot MRI she ordered. Even then, the call was from her medical assistant, who couldn't answer any of my questions and conveyed that Dr. Bergfeld will only discuss my MRI results if I pay for another appointment and spend an hour of my time to get the 3 minutes of Dr. Bergfeld's time needed to get the concluding conversation to the MRI she had ordered. This was Friday afternoon and with work travel the next week, that would mean I wouldn't get to discuss my MRI results for 20 days after the scan. Ultimately, Dr. Bergfeld appears to be a good doctor turned into an awful one by the fact that she's chosen to be too busy and uses her office bureaucracy to avoid personally feeling the harm caused by her unavailability.
Dr. Bergfeld is very caring & knowledgeable. My wife sees her 3 or 4 times a year & we both think that she & her interns are excellent!
Long wait, brief visit, very little information provided during rushed visit, nearly impossible to schedule follow up visit or recommended PT. Finding another provider
