Awesome Place! The staff and Doctors are top notch and very professional. I went in for severe back and hip issues following a car accident and subsequent surgery. I am now back to running, Biking, and Yoga. Can't wait until the next Triathlon!

Have a condition where my vertebrae are turning out to the left and causing me everyday pain for simple day to day activities. Im very fortunate and lucky that I’m able to manage my condition by coming to cobblestone chiropractic. Very friendly staff and good vibe environment. Give them a try!

I arrived at the office of Dr. Mammales nearly two months ago under high recommendation from an associate. My chief complaint, and one that no previous doctor was able to solve, was severe and often extreme neck/shoulder pain and discomfort. These symptoms were leading to prolonged periods of sleep deprivation which in turn affected focus and concentration. Both personal and professional aspects of my life were suffering tremendously. Upon arrival I immediately observed a difference in approach and overall comprehensive understanding of what a good chiropractic doctor can mean to those who are most skeptical about the practice. Dr. Dean almost instantly pinpointed the cause of my pain and patiently walked me through a detailed multi-step process to recovery. While this also takes into account changing some habits of my own and after aggressive front end therapy, in just seven short weeks I have seen and felt tremendously positive results. While much work remains, I am confident it will only continue to get better. I would be remiss if I failed to mention Dr. Dean's great perspective on everything and how positive he is with everyone. His staff is one of the most professional I have ever encountered in all my years serving in the executive field of luxury VIP customer service. They all make an effort to truly know you and understand how to assist you in your treatment. I just wish I could give this business more than 5 stars, because they truly earn it each and every day!! Dr. Dean is an excellent Chiropractor. His bedside manner is A+ and his adjustments are smooth. He makes you feel comfortable, which helps with the anxiety of having to be adjusted. Thanks so much!! I will be back soon!

Dr. Mammales and all of his office staff are wonderful. From the moment you walk in the door everyone makes you feel like family. Dr. Dean asks about any concerns and wants to be sure his therapy is working. He listens and will discuss any problems and concerns that you may have. Not only do I love having my adjustments done but my husband and my son comes to visit him as well. I would strongly recommend anyone with need for adjustment to come visit.

You won't be disappoionted in his firm technique of adjusting whatver part of your body hurts. He has a great sense of humor.

What can I say other than Dr. Dean rocks! Most doctors are not that fun to see but Dr. Dean is not like most doctors not only does this guy know what he's doing but he doesn't seem to have that pompous I know more than you attitude that you tend to get from doctors. I was involved in a car accident in March of 2013 and Dr. Dean was referred to me by my lawyer. He helped me to alleviate the pain I was in and understand my injury as well. He always seemed to listen to my opinions of my injury and never made me feel he knew more than me, but I always felt he knew what he was talking about. Which is exactly what you want from your doctor. Seeing him and his great staff made this whole process much easier to deal with and going to see a doctor something that was actually enjoyable. I highly recommend going to see Dr Dean for any of your chiropractic needs anytime! They are very professional, kind and Dr. dean is a funny guy! What can I say other than Dr. Dean rocks!
