Such an amazing doctor! I had pain forever in my back and neck and she really healed me both mentally and physically. She really cares and the staff is amazing:) very clean and organized environment!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Dawn off and on for about a year. I know I’m in good, caring, multitalented hands and it’s always my experience that she cares about my issues and growth as much as I do. I’ve lived in big cities and seen many different Doctors of varying focuses and I know my home is in Chiropractics with Dr. Dawn. I feel comfortable navigating all my health issues with her. I want to live a long life enjoying optimal health. She’s so reasonably priced and NEVER EVER not once have I felt like she tries to get as much money out of me as she can. I know it’s a fear we can often face with services. So it’s really comforting and safe to know that’s not the case with her. Anyone who find themself in her office is in good hands. Blessings. Dr. Smallwood combines a musculoskeletal therapy that results in enduring relief. Amazing therapist!
Dr Smallwood is an amazing chiropractor and human. I came to her with no appointment and in severe pain with tears rolling down my face. I started seeing Dr. Dawn in Sept of 2018. I was painting houses at the time and could barely lift my right arm let alone hold a brush to paint. I was at least 75% better after the 1st visit. 95% after the second. Over 110% after the 3rd. Dr. Dawn is truly amazing!
