We live out of town and had an orthodontic emergency. It was a Saturday and we had a friend who offered to contact Dr. Gardner, who then met us at his office on his day off to help us. Would highly recommend a doctor that would go out of his way like this to help someone who is not even a patient!

I had a Dental Emergency on 7/03/2018 the day before a Holiday. I called Bright Smiles and explained my situation and they made an appointment for me before 12:00 noon.They treated me like I was their family member. Each person I encountered was friendly, courteous and kind. Dr. Gardner explained everything he was going to do before he started the procedure. His assistant was absolutely precious, and reassuring. She was friendly not tense with me, which defused my fears of the procedures. A+++

Wonderful staff and love watching tv when getting my teeth all cleaned and fixed!

I've been a patient for regular cleanings for a while but recently started having pain in a tooth. I was able to get an appointment for the next day (office staff was very nice about working with my hectic schedule). The doctor diagnosed a cracked tooth and was able to book me himself for the next day. He also made sure that someone explained to me in detail what my insurance covered and all available payment plans. Everyone is very very nice and friendly, and office is bright and welcoming.

I took my 2 children to visit Dr.Gardner for their first visit. Everyone was really welcoming and kind. My kids felt at home and comfortable. They both sat in the chair with no issues. This is a great office!
