Nurses are top noch! I am there weekly for allergy shots and rarely have to wait more than 10 min. Dr Wlikey is knowledgable and uses time well. He caught an immune issue I’m having saving me tons of $$$ and time.

Terrible treatment when dealing with my elderly mother from both Dr Wilkey and Dr Clark! So much for compassion!!!

Dr. Wilkey is extremely unprofessional, it’s been six months since my rhinoplasty and I cannot breath out of my left nostril at all. Also my left nostril still hurts DAILY. He ripped out the packing out of both my nostrils in two swift yanks without warning, causing a bone fragment to stick out on the inside of my nose. He traumatized me to such an extent that I’m afraid to get my nose re-evaluated. He needs to retire. My son had a hard, swollen gland that was the size of a golf ball. We seen several doctors that didn't know what was wrong and just kept giving us antibiotics. Finally we were referred to Dr. Wilkey. After looking at my son and reviewing everything, he knew immediately that my son had cat scratch fever. He gave us the correct medicine and within days my son was feeling better. Very nice staff and very knowledgeable. He is quick and to the point. He even knew of a blood disease I had (severe aplastic anemia). Most doctors don't know exactly what it is but Dr.Wilkey was aware of symptoms and possible causes of the disease. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable man, in my opinion. My son had a hard swollen gland that wad the size of a golf ball. We went to several doctors who weren't sure what the cause was but just kept giving us medicine. Nobody could give us answers. Went to Dr. Wilkey once and the moment he looked at my son he knew the cause. Turned out he had cat scratch fever. Within days my son was better. This man knows what he's talking about. He even knew about a blood disease that I had (severe aplastic anemia). Very knowledgeable and very trustworthy.

The worst patient care I've ever encountered. Dr. Wilkys MA lacked a personality and had no compassion at all. Dr. Wilkey showed lack of concern and seemed to be in a rush. It was apparent he would rather not have helped my daughter. I use to manage a doctor's office, and patient care comes first. Definitely not for this doctor and his staff! I will find someone else for my daughter to go to. DO NOT TAKE YIUR CHILDREN HERE OR ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER!!

Horrible! He was rude, nurses were rude, front desk people were oblivious. I've never been so badly treated by a health professional...or anyone. Wilkey misdiagnosed me. I had to go to a Durango doctor to get results. Afterwards, I spoke to several people who all said the same thing. KEEP LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR.

DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES, STAY AWAY, THEY'LL CHARGE YOU FOR STUFF YOU DIDN'T AUTHORIZE THEM TO DO OR EVEN KNOW ABOUT TILL YOU GET THE BILL! THEN WHEN I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE BOGUS CHARGES THE BUSINESS MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME TWICE!! WELL, I GAVE THEM A CHANCE TO MAKE IT RIGHT...

The worst customer service!!! Before I schedule an appointment for my daughter I called the office to make sure that her insurance will be accepted. They said YES. So we have to wait 1-1/2 months for an opening to get in to see the doctor. The appointment was scheduled at 2.15 pm. My daughter and I waited in the lobby until 3 pm to hear that they actually DON’T accepted her insurance and we would have to pay full price. Really? I had to wait 1.5 month and an hour in the lobby to receive this kind of service and response about my sick child! While waiting in the lobby nobody apologized for the wait time, gentlemen in front of us left as he was tired of waiting. Receptionist is the most unfriendly person you could even imagine, like a cold robot. I very much doubt the professionalism of the doctor would be any better (even though I did not have a chance to see him), since he surrounds himself with such unprofessional staff. This place is disorganized, irresponsible, definitely not customer friendly, and customer service is not their first or second priority. The worst customer service!!! Receptionists are rude! They have no respect for privacy, they must love hearing themselves speak. They wear inappropriate clothing (tight fitting leggings, cleavage showing). They have no understanding of medical terminology! I won't be coming back here at all!

Dr. Wilkey seen me for a quick 2-3 minutes, and yet he charges my insurance for 30 minute office visits. Then tells me that he needs to see me on another visit to do a test. Why not do the test that day, on that visit? His answer, this visit is only for a follow up. He is siphoning $ from my insurance company and me on co-pays! I do not recommend him. Very poor services!

Horrible bed side manner. Treats patients like a number and not a person. Wants you in and out so he can move on!
