Great experience.

Horrible experience. Rude. Attitude was terrible. First thing he said after making us wait 50 minutes is "I've had a busy day". Worst part is his horrific bedside manner towards my 1 year old child. Grabbed her from the back without warning or ASKING me if he could do so. She was absolutely horrified. Did not clearly answer any questions we had. I was given a print out to read so I could learn. Excellent, experienced and very personable.

Love Dr. Wertheim , I’ve seen him as a child and he now sees my son. He is smart and straight to the point no sugar coating with him. Love that he writes everything down for you and is really thorough. Also everyone in his office is very nice.

Dr. Wertheim and his staff were polite friendly and I was seen fairly quickly and I am a new patient. He was very thorough and explained how to get better control of my asthma. I am feeling 100 times better and it’s because of his care. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend him.

This doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional. No bedside manner whatsoever. We took our son there to be tested for allergies and the doctor tried to rush through explaining everything to us, as if it is bad to have a clear understanding of what is about to happen. He also tried to do an exam and a test in his office as opposed to an exam room. Ridiculous. Well, we refused and left. Amazing specialist

Excellent

It has been the worst experience. I am taking my son for the past 9 months now and nothing has changed. My son is still on the same over the counter allergy medication that his physician had advised. The wait is crazy. Today I waited over an hour with a toddler in his office only to be seen by a nurse practitioner, but still my insurance and I both were charged.

I've been going there for several years for allergies and asthma. I LOVE him, and I don't like most people. I recommend him to other people and my brother went to him as well - said he was awesome. He's very direct, matter of fact and he's not a drug pusher. He doesn't want to over medicate you, and considers long term, instead of the short term. I can understand that some people don't like him, because they need more hand holding and coddling. But if you ask him questions, or to elaborate he'll explain and he knows his stuff. He knows about drug interactions, side effects, etc. He's friendly and nice... His personality is a bit hyper/ fast based, maybe that's why people may feel rushed, but it's not personal nor is it meant to hurry you along. It's just his personality. I don't want a doctor who tries to be friends and networks with me to get business. I want a doctor who is efficient, effective, intelligent, open minded, forward thinking, etc.

I can't say enough about Dr. Wertheim, his care and dedication to his patients is superb. He goes above and beyond to follow up and remains diligent in his care. I can't thank him enough for the care he provided to my daughter who was struggling for so long with her medical issues. He led us on a path to her diagnosis and she is doing well because of him.

Although I was a new patient I felt the doctor took an immediate interest in my well being. He spent the time required to learn my extensive medical history. He expedited testing so that I had a diagnosis after one visit.

Went to see Wertheim for shots after previous doctor relocated. Initial visit felt rushed. Previous doctor spent 45 min on initial visit discussing everything, Wertheim spent less than 15 min. Didn't go over much. Two weeks into the shots provided by previous doctor, I noticed vials just expired, Wertheim said it is fine, even though new additional vials were provided by previous doctor, but didn't want to use. Long story short, he just didn't want to do extra work. No longer see him, no trust.

Dr. Wertheim is an amazing auto-immunologist. He listens, explains things clearly, cares about his patients, and thinks outside-of-the-box. He also has a great staff. I highly recommend him.

Friendly and welcoming office. Dr. Wertheim came highly recommended by 15 to 20 people. After a thorough analysis and testing he was able to lay out a clear plan on how to handle my allergies. Great work.

I've been going to Dr. Wertheim since childhood. He's an amazing doctor that really listens and takes your needs into consideration. Our whole family visits him and he's been the only doctor who's been able to keep my asthma and allergies under control. I would highly recommend Dr. Wertheim to any and everybody!

I agree with other 1-2 star review. Rude, short, and expects you to know things that maybe to obvious to him. Doesn't listen, assumes, and unfortunately, the office also does not handle appointments well. I went a few times because I believe in second chances, but same attitude and demeanor. GO elsewhere!

I struggled for years with allergies before seeing Dr Wertheim. I would recommend him to anyone.

A top-notch doctor, probably the best of all the doctors I see. Takes the time, puts people at ease, outstanding sense of humor, extremely thorough. I bring all my children to him. I have a lethal allergy, as does my daughter, I am effectively trusting her life with him. I could not give a higher recommendation, and I’m a tough audience.

This is probably one of the worst allergist I have ever seen. Does NOT listen to patients. he is NOT accommodating with scheduling. In my opinion is NOT very knowledgeable. Will highly encourage you to see a different allergist if you need one.

Experienced and educated, but blatantly brushes off/does not listen to patient concerns and is very short. Believes all patients must be alike and fit into the same text book education/research stats.
