My visit was a ripoff because all the doctor said was that my hand is overused. That was after interviewing me. He said I need to rest my hand every so often. I did not need to see a doctor for that. The staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional—-they even stopped the X-ray until I gave my credit card. I called to ask for my Xrays and the lady said a manager will have to call me. I never got the call. I called again and spoke with the manager and she wants $25 for my xray.

The level of incompetence is staggering! All of my paper and x-Rays clearly indicated I had a fractured finger but he proceeded to ask me to bend my finger. I then had to show him the break on my finger from the x-Ray. He said, oh ya your probably shouldn't bend it and scrambled to find me a brace. Unbelievable to think someone could care so little and know even less. I don't know what he had on his mind today but the way he made me feel was borderline violated.
